Rise vision is a great product for education with the ability to create a multitude of announcements

I haven’t found many cons, if any, after the staff helped alleviate some technical issues I was running into

We have used Rise for about 5 years now. We have used it in our office and a few clients have used it as well.
The back end use interface is very simple to use and after showing the clients how to use it and build the displays they catch on very quickly and maybe have asked a few questions for us to help.
Overall we have been very pleased with how Rise is easy to use and set up.

Can not just pick one. It is a very easy interface through the CMS. It is very easy to build the display pages and schedule. Our clients love the product.

No cons as we have not had any issues. I think more of the time the slowness is from our internet.

Rise Vision is a great program/software to use for your school area TVs/monitors. It is easy to use and has a wonderful selection of premade auto updated templates to use and the ability to customize what you would like with logos and built in players. I would highly recommend this product.

Rise Vision solves the major challenge of keeping our campus communication centralized, timely, and efficient. It replaces outdated paper flyers with a single, manageable platform that benefits us through automation, like automatically displaying sports schedules from Google Calendar to save time and reduce errors. Furthermore, it empowers individual departments like Admissions to manage their own content, which frees the IT team from being a constant bottleneck for daily updates and allows our staff to take ownership of their messaging

As an IT Support Specialist for a private school, Rise Vision has become our core tool for campus wide digital signage. I like its flexibility best. We can use custom-made overlays from Photoshop for our branding and then pull in their helpful widgets for things like weather and social media. The Google Calendar integration is a huge asset for us, as it automatically displays our upcoming sports schedules without manual entry. It's also very easy to implement on various hardware. We run it on Fire TVs, Chromebooks, and Chromebits, which makes deployment simple across different locations on campus

The main area for improvement is the ease of use within the user interface. The division between Presentations, Schedules, and Displays, while logical, can feel disconnected and adds a few extra steps when trying to manage content. I would also love to see more pro-level web tools for designing content directly on the platform. We currently create our custom overlays in Photoshop, but having more advanced design capabilities within Rise Vision itself would be a major workflow improvement. Lastly, improved performance on non-native devices like our Chromebits and Fire TVs would be a welcome update to ensure a consistently smooth playback experience

Our overall experience has been a positive one. They are responsive and the program is easy to adapt to what I need/want.

I like that I can control several screens and messages from one spot with ease. It allows us to show different messaging in different parts of the building.

Right now there isn't anything. Of course we want cheaper, but that is not our world and it isn't prohibitively expensive.

Overall we'd still recommend it because it does what it needs to do and leaves us delivering information successfully.

We really loved how easy it was to project all of our programs on the big screens in our library without having to muddle through multiple applications/programs. We appreciated the software once it was set up but really wished there was a more seamless upload process.

The software was tough to set up but once staff was trained and able to utilize it effectively we were happy with the results. We would like to see a more intuitive organizational interface but for now we're managing.

We really enjoy using and use it in all of our schools. Very easy to manage and use. All parties are very happy with it.

Very user friendly. Lots of options for any display needs. You can create your own or use one of many templates. Customer service is top notch and always timely.

I do not have any cons. Very easy to use and fantastic customer service.

Rise Vision is a program I use daily at my organization (a middle school). It is very user-friendly, I was able to learn it in a short period of time. It is such a unique way to display info and engage students.

I love the ability to display information in a resourceful and efficient way. I love the creativity within Rise Vision that offers fun slides and "games." I love that it incorporates my organization's colors and logos.

Some of the things are not able to change such as image sizes, fonts, logo placement, etc.

So far our experience with Rise Vision has been tremendous and we are very pleased with how useful it has been to communicate with our school community.

Rise Vision has been a great tool for us to communicate and share announcements with our students and staff/faculty. As a Catholic school we are able to share a Bible verse everyday for everyone to read. As a school we have four different communities that our students are separated into - for the NCAA basketball tournaments we are having a little competition between each community and the great thing about using Rise Vision is that we are able to show up to date results of the games and current standings within our competition. Rise Vision also has a large number of pre-built templates that are customized with your school colors and are very user friendly. So far we are very pleased with Rise Vision.

Currently there is nothing that we dislike about Rise Vision but I would say the only struggle we are trying to work through is scheduling our devices to remotely turn on/off at the times we have scheduled. It seems like on device seems to be more friendly while another device creates a bigger struggle to run as scheduled.

We use Rise Vision everyday to show where events are held in the building and the event titles. It's super easy to use and I love that you can schedule a weeks plus worth of signs in one go.

Ease of use, ability to do multiple signs in one showing. Ability to do multiple platforms at once-photos, videos, ect.

I don't like that when I edit an upload sometimes it takes a couple tries before it reverts to the new one.

Satisfied with our school's Rise Vision experience so far, no complaints! The built-in features of Rise Vision such as the additional widgets and graphics has been a nice touch.

Adaptability for multi-use around campus in hallways, lobbies, etc. Ease of use in uploading videos/photos.

Lack of social media aggregator to automatically reshare posts on the screens. But there may be a new Instagram feature, haven't looked into it yet though.

Overall great experience. After the initial set up I had one bump in the road trying to figure out how to schedule playlists. I reached out to support and they were quick to respond and helped me figure out a solution that worked really well for what I am trying to do. My organization uses this to display directional and promotional signage and it has been very helpful in helping us accomplish what we want to accomplish.

It has many features. I'm able to do pretty much everything I want to do and more. It is more affordable than other options I've looked at and has more features than most. Excellent customer support.

I don't think it's the easiest platform to learn. However, they have great customer support that can help if you get stuck.

Overall, i just Rise Vision on a weekly basis to provide info to the staff. Some I don't get to see very often, but using this ensures they get all the same information.

Easy to use once you get the hang of it, very configurable and the staff enjoy it. App is easy to install just a good way to get information to everyone.

Starting off, it's a bit overwhelming, editing the slides to the specific requirements. once that's done, it's off to the races!

The system relies on a stable internet connection to update and display content. If your screens are in areas with weak connectivity, updates may lag or fail to push through.

Though it’s user-friendly overall, first-time users might need some time to navigate the dashboard, manage displays, or understand scheduling options efficiently.

Overall this product is well worth the subscription price. The content and continuous updates for holidays, events, and common items make it a breeze to keep up with current events. There are more things it will do that I haven't yet taken advantage of.

Rise Vision has allowed me to setup and monitor multiple screens throughout our campus, while giving multiple people access to manage the content. Once the initial setup was complete other people do all of the work. The large library of auto-updating content provides a variety of appropriate and easy to use content. Couple that with the ability to upload your own logo and branding package and everything is super convenient.

This is probably user error, but I sometimes get bogged down with assigning the same content to multiple screens without doing it separately for each one. Again, probably my lack of experience.

Rise Vision has helped to get the word out about what is happening on campus. it is user friendly and has custom features which allows branding to stay in tact.

Sign up for events (via QR code) or mark calendars for an upcoming event. Custom visuals help keep branding in tact.

No opportunity to group presentations into folders.

Love and Rise Vision for our school. We couldn't image not having displays for our school. (Currently have 10 in our building) We even removed our old athletic records display cases and switched to a Rise display. Turned the display vertically and now all the records display with color and movement - very cool. It is so easy to update, plus looks much better and stylish. In total a great product.

It is very easy to customize daily and weekly. Can create presentations in seconds and push out information. Rise Vision always updates and adds new features and ways to link other platforms and devices—multiple premade presentations and templates anyone can understand and use. Easy to add presentations to our website. We live stream our daily announcements and athletic games from Youtube to all our displays.

Really can't say anything negative.
