It is a great service for us as a small church. We run two monitors in the the two main entrances that keep the congregants in the loop and help new visitors find their way in the church.

It is quick to learn with a little help. Volunteers can maintain presentations easily. They have a hardware terminal now that simplifies everything even more.

The documentation is lacking detail. Sometimes it is just easier to hammer through it and learn from your mistakes.

Rise Vision enables us to showcase all of the great things happening at our Elementary School including upcoming events, student recognition, local weather, social and emotional monthly focus skill, our school's Guidelines for Success, pictures of staff and students, and more. This really makes our front lobby inviting and informative with this information on three displays for all students, staff, and guests to see.

I really like all of the templates that are available to create presentations.

I wish there was a template with a title and a couple of picture frames that can be used. I couldn't find something like this.

Good starter platform and used for basic functions. Wouldn't want to get the premium subscription at the current price.

This platform is rather easy to use and walks you through each step of the process. It does offer a good variety of templates.

Super simple to manage and update content across multiple screens. The built-in templates look great, and scheduling is a breeze. It’s helped our campus communication feel more modern and dynamic.

The editor is a bit limited if you’re trying to get fancy with your design. Sometimes we have to rely on outside tools for more advanced visuals.

We have used Rise Vision for many years and it's feature set and product just keeps improving. They are constantly adding templates and we appreciate and utilize the Google integrations.

It is logically setup, so the learning curve for deployment and using the product is simple and efficient. It is very flexible to fit about every schedule you would want for each signage that you have. They support a variety of endpoints for displaying the signage presentation and are all managed under their admin console. They have very good educational pricing, so that is appreciated since we are a school district.

I have looked at a few other products, but have not seen anything better than Rise Vision.

Honestly, we have not really had very many issues along the way. They do offer hardware for the endpoints, but we are a shop that wants to provide our own endpoints. We use Chromeboxes and FireTV sticks for endpoints. We do have a concern that they would stop supporting other endpoints because they seem to be pushing their custom boxes more in the last few years.

Great product, would definitely recommend to anyone looking into digital signage in any industry as they make the product easy to use and customize to whatever setting you need it for.

Ease of use, number of templates available, ability to input company colors and logos, scheduling the pages is very easy, can run 24/7.

There isn't much to not like about this product, if I had to say something its would be that most of the current templates are school related. However they do make suggesting new templates very easy.

Good customer service from Rise Vision and product looks good once installed. The screens go out, and the only way to reset them is manual, but that may have more to do with the Amazon Firestick and/or tv technology

Attractive display, easy to edit, once the format is finalized. Visitors and tenants like the look of it.

Tough to create new signage. Having a gmail account tied to a google spreadsheet, integrated into a website is a lot of different steps to something I'd like to update myself, easily.

Works for us. however, Rigid on using template. if there is a way to be able to edit and modify the template it will be great.

Great. It was easy to setup. It is easy to train my marketing team. It is relatively problem free. It just works.

I can teach my marketing team how to use it and I don't need to do much after that. The price is very competitive.

Rise Vision is very simple to set up and use, and the templates make creating and updating content fast and stress-free. The only minor drawbacks are that it could offer even more template designs for school related stuff, new users might need a little time to explore all the features, and advanced customization options are somewhat limited. Overall, these are small points compared to how well the platform performs.

Rise Vision had clear implementation and allows me to communicating in real time with our students and alerting students of upcoming or emergency events.

Rise Vision allowed me to produce a scheduled communication strategy that can easily be adjusted and adjustments to just specific upcoming announcements. It is easy to use and importing calendar widgets was a huge plus. The digital signage is attractive and draws students to its content. The emergency alert capability is also extremely helpful. Since we began using Rise Vision, our student involvement has increased by 30%.

I cannot think of any downsides. Any questions or issues I encountered were answered by a support team at Rise Vision.

Ease of use, being able to separate buildings and departments while having each account under the same "umbrella" has made things easier when it comes time to renew. Notifications when a system is offline. The templates make it easy to create slides, or pages to display quickly on the fly. Customer support is quick to respond to anything that needs troubleshooting, but I've only needed that once in 2 years, and that was for a hardware issue unrelated, but they still assisted!

Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike. If I had a suggestion, I would say to add a Dark mode for the portal. (if that's not already a feature)

Amazing. The software is a lot of fun to use and be creative with. The templates are beautiful and professional. The customer service team is top notch, responding to issues in under 24 hours. They also do frequent follow-ups to make sure your issues have been resolved.

Rise Vision allows users to tailor templates (and blank landscapes) to solve communication issues related to their specific workplace. The interface is intuitive, being able to learn how to operate the software proficiently within a week.

I wish there were more templates that had Google Sheets integration.

Great way for us to be able to communicate to our internal employees in manufacturing plant and break rooms.

Has every feature we'd want, simple intuitive interface, lots of support options for small IT departments that don't have time to figure out hardware issues and need to keep things online. Rollout was easy with a pilot unit and plenty of test runway. Pretty set it and forget it.

We only have 20 displays, but I imagine working with a huge number of displays could get cumbersome.

I really like the ease of use rise vision has. Their templates, especially their auto updating templates make life easy. Additionally I really like the ability to have rise vision on almost any hardware.

I wish their templates were a bit more editable. Specifically the formatting on the templates and some of the graphics; being able to move, edit, and change them.
