Overall great experience. After the initial set up I had one bump in the road trying to figure out how to schedule playlists. I reached out to support and they were quick to respond and helped me figure out a solution that worked really well for what I am trying to do. My organization uses this to display directional and promotional signage and it has been very helpful in helping us accomplish what we want to accomplish.

It has many features. I'm able to do pretty much everything I want to do and more. It is more affordable than other options I've looked at and has more features than most. Excellent customer support.

I don't think it's the easiest platform to learn. However, they have great customer support that can help if you get stuck.

Overall, i just Rise Vision on a weekly basis to provide info to the staff. Some I don't get to see very often, but using this ensures they get all the same information.

Easy to use once you get the hang of it, very configurable and the staff enjoy it. App is easy to install just a good way to get information to everyone.

Starting off, it's a bit overwhelming, editing the slides to the specific requirements. once that's done, it's off to the races!

The system relies on a stable internet connection to update and display content. If your screens are in areas with weak connectivity, updates may lag or fail to push through.

Though it’s user-friendly overall, first-time users might need some time to navigate the dashboard, manage displays, or understand scheduling options efficiently.

Overall this product is well worth the subscription price. The content and continuous updates for holidays, events, and common items make it a breeze to keep up with current events. There are more things it will do that I haven't yet taken advantage of.

Rise Vision has allowed me to setup and monitor multiple screens throughout our campus, while giving multiple people access to manage the content. Once the initial setup was complete other people do all of the work. The large library of auto-updating content provides a variety of appropriate and easy to use content. Couple that with the ability to upload your own logo and branding package and everything is super convenient.

This is probably user error, but I sometimes get bogged down with assigning the same content to multiple screens without doing it separately for each one. Again, probably my lack of experience.

Rise Vision has helped to get the word out about what is happening on campus. it is user friendly and has custom features which allows branding to stay in tact.

Sign up for events (via QR code) or mark calendars for an upcoming event. Custom visuals help keep branding in tact.

No opportunity to group presentations into folders.

Love and Rise Vision for our school. We couldn't image not having displays for our school. (Currently have 10 in our building) We even removed our old athletic records display cases and switched to a Rise display. Turned the display vertically and now all the records display with color and movement - very cool. It is so easy to update, plus looks much better and stylish. In total a great product.

It is very easy to customize daily and weekly. Can create presentations in seconds and push out information. Rise Vision always updates and adds new features and ways to link other platforms and devices—multiple premade presentations and templates anyone can understand and use. Easy to add presentations to our website. We live stream our daily announcements and athletic games from Youtube to all our displays.

Really can't say anything negative.

Rise Vision is always helpful whenever you contact them. The product is reliable and very robust. I appreciate how quick and easy it is to change out shows and such.

The interface is easy and intuitive. If you already have a buch of chrome devices set up on your signage screens this will be a quick and easy transition. The uptime is great and its very quick to notify you of a screen that has gone offline.

The Screen Share is a recent addition and has some expected new product problems. I believe it will be a very welcome and stable piece of their product line in no time at all.

Very good experience -- easy to set-up, install and use on a daily basis. We haven't had to use the Support function very often and that's a plus!

We began using Rise Vision over a year ago to enhance our communication with employees. Our plant is open 24/7 so many employees are not available during normal office hours.

We found it very easy to set up and use. We use the scheduler function to target different employee audiences and use many of the pre-populated templates.

Not a lot of negatives -- the one I would say is that to use your own powerpoints or PDF slides took a little bit of work initially -- now the functionality has been improved and it's a lot easier.

My overall experience with Rise Vision has been great. I started using it at a school district and have continued to use it in my consulting business for businesses (welcome centers, waiting rooms), schools, restaurants, and churches.

The product is pretty easy to use and deploy. It doesn't require a high-end device for a media player. Tech support is top notch. It just works and it fairly maintenance free.

Integration with social media is not the best. I used another paid product that integrates with Rise Vision to meet the needs of my clients.

My overall experience has been amazing, and Rise Vision just keeps getting better! We are building a new school and I am hoping we are soon going to be able to roll out Rise Vision to all of our campuses. Their customer service has always been top notch as well.

Rise Vision is a time and sanity saver. The auto-updating templates keep the content fresh, and like I’ve said before, it makes the team who uses it look like we work way harder than we do! The integration with Canva and Google is so handy as well.

I wish the Firestick updates weren’t sunsetting because it’s such an inexpensive solution, but they are still working for now.

Overall it helps people around campus meet their needs without having to learn a difficult new piece of technology.

I like the fact that you can put Live video on Rise Vision. I also like the integration with Google.

The design is clean, modern, and the menu items are well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Setup on multiple platforms is easy. They have good responsive customer support. Integrating with clients is smooth also. We use Rise Vision often from simple to complex setups.

There are not many. A few features for different tiers should be added to entry level license.

While Rise Vision is a great tool, we’d love to see more template variety to keep content fresh. The Apple TV integration has improved, but it could still be smoother for seamless display across all devices.

I wish they had a way to organize and group presentations for different departments that also use the app.

Create a way so a presentation can be used on multiple schedules without having to go into each one and do it manually (schedule time, fade in, etc.)

Very satisfied. I have been using it for more than 10 years and issues have been minimal. When I have had issues, they are generally resolved within 24 hours or less.

Happy with all components. It can get pricey with 100's of displays, but they do offer some discounts for larger accounts.

Rise Vision is so easy to use and implement. There are many ways and formats to allow for information to be displayed. My favorite is to use existing Google Slides. Their support of the RiseVision staff is great. They are prompt and do a thorough job of ensuring the issue is solved.

Needs a mobile app for access while away from the workstation. This could be helpful as I do work outside of the office on a mobile device.
