Cannot see the branding when we send emails however the recipient does see it.

Rocketseed has helped us have uniformity across employee signatures and has allowed us to add tailored banners when required. The dashboard is user friendly and the support team are helpful.

Been using Rocketseed for 5 years now, for 5 locations. I really liked how easy and user friendly the interface was. It was super easy to train any new hires and very intuitive to use, no one has to have any special skill set to use it (except maybe graphic design if you want to send a fully designed email). It's pretty clean and uncluttered too, so you aren't lost trying to find your way around the analytics etc. It made it really easy that we could create a basic template that worked for us and just swap out imagery as needed. Everything is very customizable, from the emails you want to send, to the footers, the sender, the reply, and the analytics are pretty robust. I can't imagine you won't be able to find what you need in there. Also offers split testing of subject lines which helped us quite a bit. Oh and customer service is responsive, you will usually just deal with the same person and they always respond fast. Also offers audience segmentation, and is super easy to upload new emails by simply importing a spreadsheet, so if your business collects emails say, through wifi sign up, it's pretty simple just to drop them into the database.

There really wasn't anything I had an issue with. I think it beats out most email tools, especially if you are worried about your emails having a nice aesthetic.

Branded email marketing is one of the most important digital tools, considering the amount of emails any organisation uses daily in communications.
As banners rotate, branded emails stay interesting. One can also assign specific banners on domain level, giving you full control of the banners you wish your receivers to see.
The click-confirmation functionality of Banners is a very useful Sales tool as Sales teams can immediately follow up when interest was shown in a product. Banners are also great for driving traffic to your website, as you link banners to products, news, blog articles or even to your social channels.

It would be a great feature if one could set a low, medium or high priority on banner level.

Overall, it is an excellent product with an easy-to-use portal and responsive employees when you need them!

Rocketseed is a great product to use for your company's signatures. We have been with them for almost 2 years now and have really benefited from them. It makes our company look clean and professional and the team is accommodating when it comes to making changes to the design. The banner features are also great and can help drive traffic to your website.

I really have nothing poor to say about this product, it was easy to set up and work with the designers and there is not much upkeep. I would recommend this to any company looking for that extra personable feature.

The ability to have all employees have a unified email signature has been very helpful. The email signatures and banners drive a lot of traffic to our website and to our event registration pages. Our Customer Success Manager and the Client Services team are very responsive.

Not really a con, but I would prefer the ability create email signatures myself.

The product does exactly what we need it to do and more. The support from the Rocketseed team is great which gives peace of mind.

Easy to manage and update signature banners for multiple campaigns. The portal allows easy management and overview of groups and users to make sure signatures are correctly applied.the support from Rocketseed is excellent.

We’ve been very happy with the uniform look of all our signatures since partnering with Rocketseed a few years ago. Everyone on my team has a nice clean signature regardless of what device they are using to send emails. Excellent customer service and quick response times when we have a new team member or change to a signature. I also like that the customer cannot tell if I’m responding from my computer sitting in the office or from my phone on vacation, email and signatures are identical.

Really no complaints. It was a great integration and everyone on our team is happy with it.

I like the reporting feature of your product to the granular of knowing highest and lowest senders of mails also how I am able to track the number of clicks on a link.

The fact that I am not able to see my signature when sending out a mail.

My overall experience has been great so far! I've only been using the service for about 8 months, but it's very intuitive and easily navigable. My Rocketseed rep is kind, resourceful, and always wants to help!

My Customer Account Manager has been super responsive, helpful, timely, and available all the time. She has always responded very quickly to my questions and was more than willing to set up a call to introduce herself and explain the features of my company's account with Rocketseed.

There hasn't been anything I dislike so far. The only thing I wish I had the ability to do is to edit the links/design of the signature and update/change contact information for employees.

I love our company signatures, we have a lot of traffic going to our website from our signature links. I love the tracking report that comes to my email weekly. I also think Rocketseed has the best customer service, whenever I need help they are right on top of everything. I highly recommend Rocketseed!

The setup of signature templates isn't as user friendly as I'd like to see it.

I have had a fantastic experience with the Rocketseed product and our account manager Cheryl is always so responsive and helpful when we need to accomplish things, like a change to the signature design or an addition due to the Christmas festive season, etc.

I really like the way this streamlines email signatures and supports our branding by making sure everyone sees the same signature. It does an excellent job of making our signatures consistent across our organization.

Sometimes the signature ends up in the wrong place on the email and can be confusing for the receiver.
