Sinc is an app that helps companies large and small manage their employees. I found the app from a search of time clock, but this app does so much more. It allows you to set up administrators and employee level access, which is great. It has web access so you can use it on any device. Everything is recorded accurately and I have never experienced an outage or loss of data.

I definitely recommend this app to any company to try.

I couldn't find any cons, everything works as advertised.

If you manage a small business where you have to keep track of workers and their actions sometimes on an hourly basis, SINC Workforce is a very good choice. It is simple, user-friendly, and does the job.

- The greatest pro would be the user-friendliness of their apps. Even un-educated and old workers can easily have it up and running within minutes.

- Occasionally it misses some clock-in updates and syncs later. No major cons though

We have used this software daily for about a year without any glitches. Our overall experience has be very positive. Before signing up with SINC, we tried several of their competitors. SINC did exactly what we needed right out of the box.

This is an amazing app. I have been using for my business for over a year and I have not had any issues with it. I have and will continue to recommend it to small business owners.

There are a great many features available for free. This makes the app great for business that are just starting out and can't afford an extra price tag. Some great free features are: ability to add employees, exporting shifts, adjusting missed punches, and recording lunches.

The only con this app has is that you add lunch at clock out. It would more accurately record time spent on lunch of you could soft clockout for lunch breaks.

I have a small team of caregivers providing coverage for my mother and I find this as an indispensable tool for managing their time. I spent many hours searching for an app that offered these features and found that SINC provides the best user experience from employee/employer perspective.

It allows me to easily create schedules (from either my phone or computer), generate reports, and provide employee clock in/out functions from their mobile devices.

None, offers everything I need. The free trial works great.

This app is the easiest I have found for me and my girls. I've tried others and don't like the set-up. Sinc makes it very easy to set up and use...very self explanatory

The design is pretty okay. I will definitely say that the organization of the app is decent but it can be hard to find some parts.

It is very easy for my crew to use and to download. I no longer need to calculate hours. I can pull up on phone and send directly to payroll processing.

Sometimes my crew forgets to clock out and have to make sure my crew sends a request to edit.

Overall experience was great I really like the interface

I like the clean interface. Sinc also lets employees adjust punch times in case there is a mistake or they forget to punch (trust me this will happen) but all employee adjustments must be approved by the administrator. I also like the way employees can leave notes for any shift at any time. (Great for expenses, perdiem etc...) the excel spreadsheet sheets for shift summary are also well made.

Since we implemented Sinc it's been very easy and less time consuming doing payroll. It does what it says very well. It works on Android and IOS so everyone can download and use it without any trouble. We highly recommend it!

Sinc has proven to be much more valuable than a traditional time clock for us. Our employees can see their hours and punch in and out right from their own phones. Makes submitting hours to payroll a breeze.

There really hasn't been any negative feedback from our employees and we as the business owners have loved seeing exactly when people arrive, go to lunch, come back and go home.

Really Love this App! I only wish I had found it sooner ! Really like how I get a more accurate accounting of hours & work performed. We used to use paper but the guys hated writing stuff down but they don't seem to have any problem with putting it in on the time-clock.

Great app. Easy to use. Great for tracking work activity for personnel at multiple locations. Weekly reports can be generated.

Sinc is an amazing app. Its ease of use makes it the perfect business app for monitoring work activity. There is a scheduling feature that allows you to publish work schedules to your staff. It has a location feature that is great for verification purposes for remote work assignments.You can also edit clock in / out times incase of errors and add missing shifts;  and add notes. At the end of the week you can generate detailed reports.

Depending on your mobile service provider or your location the push notifications may not come on an immediate basis.

I have using this app for over a year. You can easily add a new employee and track their hourly time for a simplified report for payroll.

Easy employee tracking and summary reports. Also allows employee edits that must be approved by a manager.

I was using the free version which allows only three employees.

I discovered Sinc last year as I was trying to find a solution to how to electronically track my employees clocking in/out and their hours overall for payroll. It works great! The app is simple and easy to use. The computer version allows me to run reports summarizing data for my employees. I also really like that if an employee forgets to clock out, he/she can request to edit their timecard and then I get a note to approve the change. It's a real slick system overall.

Honestly, nothing. Everything really works great. I guess the one thing that is a little clunky is punching in break time.

Very easy software to manage employees payroll and hours. This has saved us a lot of time and allows us to look back at previous days to compare. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This software is very easy to use in the office or on the go. If you need to correct something the Admin can do so with ease. Helps with time management and payroll.
