Everything is great, no negative comments to be made.

SINC has made it very easy for me to track my employees hours and manage overtime. Our employees are on the road or off site for most of their shift and this makes it easy for them to punch in and out and for me to oversee the hours they are working.

So easy to use and my employees can punch in and out on the road.

They are upgrading to make days off and holidays easier to manage, this will be a great addition

I have had difficulty when WiFi is spotty even though I've had cellular service.

Need more customizable reports allowing full control of how you share info with other programs like accounting software.

I love this app! It is easy to navigate on both mobile and desktop. I can track where my employees are when they clock in and out. Creating a pdf timesheet is just a push of the button. Makes payroll time much, much faster! The service and support team is quick to respond and address your concerns. I highly recommend!

I have not found anything that wasn't addressed by the service and support team in a timely manner!

Excellent! I would, and have, recommended this app to several other business owners.

It's very easy to use so all my employees have no issues being trained to clock in or not clocking in because they "can't figure it out". Also love the location feature. I run a on-site service business so that feature enables me to allow employees to travel straight to the job site and clock in there rather than coming to the office first. I used other programs and never really knew where they were at when they clocked in.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I tested several similar programs/apps and choose this one because it had everything I wanted.

I recommend to contractors and have all the employees use saves time on payroll

Overall it has been a positive introduction to our processes.

It's a simple interface which is really easy to use. It also saves the data to upload next time the device is connected to wifi, which is a bonus for those with no mobile data.

It is not the most attractive interface but it is simple and effective!

Would be great if you could print payslip from it, as a smaller company we aren't paye registered so use handwritten slips

Rest-Moore has had absolutely ZERO complaints about this company!

Sinc makes it so easy, both for employees and employers. Even the free version, which we started with, eliminated a lot of headaches for us, specifically using paper time sheets, and calculating actual hours. Thanks Sinc!

There's nothing I can think of that's a "con". Very easy to use!

This is a great product and I intend to keep using it as long as Sinc is available. My employees like it as well because they now have a solid and confident way to time in when out on the road and be able to track their hours.
