I work for a small company and payroll and tracking was originally being completed through excel, this has proven to be difficult in the past. But giving each person the capability to clock in and out with notes on their application has been a blessing. The customer service is always right there on the Chat, no waiting. Love them.

SINC is very helpful to me as a freelance consultant.

I do freelance consulting and need an easy app (desktop & mobile) to record and track the time I spend on my clients' projects. I discovered SINC and found that it does exactly what I need. It also allows me to enter the hourly rate I charge in my profile. When I start working on a project for one of my clients, I clock-in. Then, I clock-out when I am done. SINC makes it easy to get a monthly summary of time so I can accurately invoice my clients.

Keep up the great work SINC!

The functionality I'd like to see added to SINC is being able to see YTD and annual amounts on the fly w/o having to generate a report.

Has been helpful for myself and employees to keep track of their time.

Easy to use and understand. Associates can clock in and out from their phones. If a shift needs edits they can do that too with management approval. Reports are emailed for payroll and as documentation of hors worked. Really nice product.

Associates would like to view history to compare how their times can be improved on their routes. Other than that small “no big issue” there is no reason not to try Sinc

I have been using SINC for a while now, i love the features they have to offer, they have a good customer service as you send a message to the person in charge their response time is very good and they listen to their customers. Over all a very good app to use for business

what i like is if there is something that you do not understand you can send a message to the team and you will get a notification pop up in the app itself with your response. hoping this doesn't change much once they become more busy with customers. i also love the Features they are currently providing even though am not using all of them.

I have been using Sinc for the past couple years for my small business and it's made my life super easy. It's very user-friendly and allows me to track my employees' hours as well as ensure that they are on-site when they are clocking in and out. Since my employees travel to various sites, Sinc makes it very easy when payroll time comes since it automatically gives totals for hours worked for each employee each pay period.

- ease of use

- summary of hours worked listed by employee
- ability for admin to adjust hours, force clock-out, etc

- admin adjustments require a reason for editing each time. This makes sense for employees submitting edit requests, but as the administrator, I'm essentially documenting a reason for my own benefit, which seems unnecessary

I am an owner of a small business. We're using a traditional way to note down the employees hours (note down in a copy). It's too hard to calculate the hours at the end of month. That thing takes too much time and such a headache for us. Last year, I had started searching for online time tracker software. I have used so many software/apps but am not satisfied with any one. I just want a multi-functional app that gives more power to employees as well as owners. In the end, I have found SINC, after using that app, I have got what I want. I have never seen such type of app before that gives you a lot of functions. Too easy to track employees hours and if any employees forgot to close his shift, it's automatically closed by SINC. Employees easily submit modifications on his shift and the admin gets a notification and easily approves the request. My life has totally changed after using this app. I have saved a lot of time and money. Highly recommended!

SINC has been one of the best programs I have downloaded in years. Before SINC I was doing everything the old fashioned way. Now I have so much more control over everything. I can keep track of hours. I know what jobs y guys are on. I can track there whereabouts. I can easily add or delete employees. I can use the program on my computer or on the go with my Android phone. I highly recommend SINC

I love the fact that I can track my guys from job to job. I dont have to worry anymore if they are at the jobs or if they got there on time.

There is nothing I dislike about SINC. It has met all my needs running my small business.

Sinc is very easy to use. They seem to be growing and adding new features all the time. I use it to manage time for hourly employees and we all love it.

This is the best app I found that lets my employees clock in themselves and I also like the fact it'll give the total payroll as well as individual.

Incredibly easy to manage payroll and my guys like using the app to clock in and out. I don't currently use the other features but will as my business grows.

Very easy app to keep track of my employee. She doesn't work right in my office so she clocks in every morning with ease. Time to do payroll, all I have to do is look at her hours on the app.

Initially implemented for handling a cleaning business,it had features that took care of scheduling, time clock and auditing. But I soon tried to use it when my mom developed dementia and needed nurses to look out after her. Initially, I just fell in line with the home health care agency and their app until we encountered problems. I ended up using Sinc to track another company's employees caring for her. I enforced the time clock functionality, and the nurses commented how well it works compared to what they had to use. The shift notes were especially helpful. My oversight was important in enforcing proper billing and payroll services by the other company. It is flexible enough for all types of businesses from property management, to residential cleaning, and even home health care. It will most likely fit into ANY category of service you can imagine.

The best part of Sinc was the ability to do your standard scheduling and job costing, with a solid go-location module which pinpoints punch in/out of staff.

Sinc didn't have many features that didn't work well. It was put together with a lot of input from different industries to make it very well rounded and flexible. I would love to see it be able to handle more than one company for us entrepreneurs.
