I struggled with other Apps, but this one works great for me and especially the associate(s)!

This software works so well and provides reports for payroll that meet all my company's needs. I've tried many others and this is by far the best!

I haven't found anything it can't do related to my needs. Highly recommend.

Overall it has been a great implementation to our management and helps things run so smoothly

So far I haven't come across anything that I dislike about it.

We have not had any errors in record-keeping of time staff are working on jobs with this app. We can look back historically in a single screen and see hours work either daily, monthly or yearly. Overall its a good addition to our software

The app has potential to cut admin time significantly. All the time that could be spent on writing up timesheets on either word or excel is done in a single click of a button.

Have not found any cons as yet. We have been using it for about 6 months and it gets the job done

SINC is an Excellent tool for my cleaning business.

SINC has been all good so far. I have had no problems to date.

I've had only good experience with Sinc. Have never had any bugs or errors using it.

I love the flexibility and simplicity of this software. The employee can punch in or out where ever they are. I can also track where they are while working.

I have no complaints nor issues. Seems to be hassle free.

I use this to manage the schedule for our nanny. It calculates how much we need to pay her automatically, which alone saves me about 10 minutes a week. Before, I used a spreadsheet with formulas to calculate the hours:mins and pay, which was tedious each week!
She frequently forgets to clock in or out, so the edit feature is very handy. If she makes a mistake, a simple edit request and approval process and all is good!

Completely free to use for a couple of employees. Great mobile app!

Can`t think of any at this time. Sometimes is hard to sync if I`m not in a good network.

Very please with SINC, I used to do time clock and time cards. I dreaded it every week. I now simply open the app and download the overview and email it to the book keeper. Very happy.

SINC is so easy to use! Saves me tons of time as the owner of a small business from having to worry about calculating hrs for the pay period or subtracting out lunch breaks. I can easily make changes or the employee can notify me of changes they need made. Highly recommend this app. I have been using it for about 2 years now

I am very please so far. Easy to use, you can just let new employee scan QR code and you are up and running in just seconds!

I am a small business owner so this is the perfect app for me. I can pull up my account on my desk top or phone, I get notifications when employee clocks in or out, location of where they are while clocked in is such a benefit for when I can't be there to make sure they are where they are suppose to be. Love all the features and I am quite sure I am not even using them all! One other thing, you put in the pay rate and so it tracks how much you are gonna be paying and how much time they are working!

The only con is that if the app is off line it will not send notifications, so not even sure that is the apps fault?

Love this app! We are a growing small business and was looking for a way to track my employee's hours. Found this app and was pleased on how easy and intuitive it is to use. It's like having a payroll assistant.

Honestly it does even more than I need so there is nothing I would change.

I use this software to track employee hours for my construction business.

It is great for keeping track of what my employees did on each day so I could track cost efficiency and adjust pricing quotes.

Needs a way to remind employees to clock in and clock out each day. I wish I wasn't forced to write a note each time I have to edit employee hours( usually because they forget to clock in or out).

SINC is super easy and very convenient to use, both for me as employer, and for my employees. We've tried other applications, and SINC is the best of all. We use SINC since then and never consider to use other apps.

The summary can be sent to email in Excel format for further analysis.
Roostering is very easy too.

Payment method only based on the total hour employee clock in and out (pay per hour). Should be another choice for payment based on daily basis (pay per day).

Great! Nothing that is over complicated. I can track hours, tasks and staff easily and right from the comfort of my screen!

This is the first time I've had to use a staff management app, so I did my fair share of shopping around. I finally settled on SINC Workforce as it is so user friendly, gives me options to download data, lets me make notes against employee tasks and allows me to see what time my staff are working from home. This last point is incredibly important for me as I can better understand my staffs' needs based on their works patterns. Love the app, thank you!

Nothing that I didn't particularly like - all my needs at the moment are met. As my business grows I will continue to use SINC workforce.

This app is great for our business. Sometimes we have a full work week with more than one employee for each day. This helps us keep track of who works and their hours.

We noticed that the app is not compatible with older phones.

I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is so great and helpful.

I really like all of the features in sinc. So convenient. The added feature to notify me when an employee has been clocked in for 24 hours is great, so I can adjust the time accordingly right away.

This app provides the tools to successfully input, edit, monitor and track work hours, jobs, pay periods, in a very simple user-friendly package. Invoice your client. Export work hours to excel or pdf. Clock-in / clock-out feature allows contractor to track hours for yourself or multiple employees.

Haven't found anything that "cons" this app. Honestly. Well, I would like if it connected to my accounting software, but, not a deal breaker.
