Very good experience so far, easy to use and all calculations seems correct. I would recommend Sage to other people.

Easy to understand and set up. Posting to Sage Accountancy seems to be without any issue as well. I like the HR module - to be able to upload documents and notes for employees and the fact that Payroll can post directly into Sage Accountancy.

Some delay in getting answers about certain issues i.e. not able to see pdf reports on Safari and having to use Chrome. Also I uploaded historical payroll data and it seems the only way to correct an error in previous months is to reverse and redo again.

Great. It's super easy to use so even the technologically challenged older generation has no issues logging in and checking their remaining PTO, taking PTO, etc.

We have a 17 member team and its easy to add/remove staff, log in quickly and add a PTO day, change yearly allowances, etc. I find it really simple to use it exclusively for PTO off and scheduling but I know it has many other features that a larger company would benefit from. The price point for us is well worth the money!

When we changed business names we couldn't change our URL so I hate that it's not our new business name and still our old. It doesn't disturb anything but it is annoying.

Handling HR needs is never an easy affair, but thanks to Sage HR, it is not easy to maximize workforce and resource to enhance productivity.

I love everything about this HR solution. From deploying, customization, using and management, everything is seamless.
I like that the tool is not short of features and there is a lot you can achieve with this tool.

No regrets using Sage HR. It has been an amazing solution with zero problems. However, the cost is not the best in the market.

The interface is clean, simple and adaptive. The support team are very helpful and can assist with customising the interface to fit your needs.

Some functionality may be hard to find, but the support team are very helpful.

Sage HR is very user friendly. I thought the program would be more customizable than it is, but we have still found ways to work around what is needed for our business. The implementation team has been amazing, but I wish I had access to them during my working hours. This was one of the cons when we selected Sage HR, but knowing that a US office was going to be available in the near future. We have not had a chance to utilize all the features Sage HR has to offer, so we are very eager to being using the performance portion of the program.

Great first HR system for small businesses. Great functionality for full time, standard working hour employees. If you have really flexible work conditions I would recommend carefully working through your requirements in your trial phase.

Easy to use, has dramatically improved the efficiency and transparency of our HR admin.

The system is intuitive and easy to use. The ability to select the components you want and not pay unnecessarily for un-used features is great.

It is flexible enough that you can generally configure things to work the way you need them to. The online support team are really responsive and helpful.

The system isn’t equipped to handle part time employees. There are work arounds but it’s not a great experience for those team members.

Also as an Australian user there are a few things that are quite difficult to configure such as Long Service Leave provisions and 7.6hr work days.

The Sage HR online portal has an easy to use interface and provides the professional tools needed to keep up with any size staff. We employ a small number of people but this application allows us to provide the same services that a large company would offer.

Great tools and well thought out interface. I like the ease of use and natural flow of the application.

I don't have any user issues with the online application. I have nothing more to add. Strongly suggest trial run to any size company.

The main problem with the whole idea of using this software is that once you begin using it you're sort of locked in to always using it. It may be better to create a system from scratch on Microsoft Access or Excel so that you can save thousands in the long run. Honestly, if it hadn't already been set up when I became the Executive Director of our non-profit I would have never kept subscribing. It's just too pricey.

The system is very robust, allowing the creation of many types of attendance categories. It also allows you to customize the features within each. Customer service is very prompt and thorough.

It is not as intuitive as I am used to but once I understood how the logic flows it became a little easier. After several years I still find it difficult at times to navigate to the feature I need to accomplish the task I need to accomplish. The price is a little high for what it does, especially when you consider that most of the data is static once entered. The price should be reduced after the first year of use to reward and retain loyal customers.

Learning new programs can be tough and frustrating but they have helped us along the way. Still learning but really like the ease of keeping track of what is going on with all the employees at a glance. The reminders are good to make sure things get done.

I like that all the information is at your finger tips. The staff has been very helpful in getting us set up and running. If we have issues they jump in.

The time difference. The accent of the tech support is sometimes a bit of a challenge. But for the most part its ok.

Very intuitive and easy to use platform. The feedback module in particular has proven to be very useful in performing evaluations and providing feedback to our employees.

The majority of the features our organization needs can be found on this platform. We have been able to centralize a number of our HR-related resources, making them more easily accessible.

There are some limitations to what the employees can do versus what managers and administrators can do on the platform which can cause some bottlenecks when trying to make changes or edits.

This platform will help our company greatly. Processes associated with time-off, company policy, document transfer and handling, and team evaluations have been made much easier to do. The Sage HR staff have been very helpful and have guided us through the onboarding process. Now we are buoyed and excited to get things rolling.

We have been using Sage HR since before the pandemic began and we're satisfied with its HR administration functions. Before purchasing, we compared it with other options and we found this to be the most intuitive to use.

Sage HR has a clean interface which is not overwhelming for users of any skill level. It was very easy to configure with our time off policies and it integrates well with Outlook.

I'm still waiting for an offsetting of hours feature to be introduced e.g. an employee can file extra hours or overtime rendered in the Sage HR application and these can be stored in a consumable time-off policy.

Good product, easily adapts to our small company and the changes we have had in employees and procedures.

Sage HR works well for our small company. We have 3+ tiers of PTO plans and it easily adapts to our needs. Customer support has been very helpful and quick to answer any questions.

It took me a little time to figure out the settings to show hours instead of days and start the calendar on Sunday instead of Monday, like employees were used to seeing.

Sage has been supporting us in all aspects related to HR! As a small company, we do not have a dedicated HR team, so we rely on Sage's platform to support our employees and make sure they are motivated to achieve their best performance.
