PositiveI just connected the data and dashboard and deck(one is interactive dashboard another is Report) are created literally in minutes. No manual creation no drag and drop too. It better insights, love the visuals and recommendations are next level.
NegativeWould love to see more support options in the future, as support is currently email-only. Although, Signara team was very responsive when I reached out. The Director contacted me to understand my experience and gather feedback. That level of customer care is rare and much appreciated.

PositiveWe received Dashboard in few minutes, all accurate with what to do next and insights. In the past I have given a huge sum to analyst for creating these. I run a small company saves me a lot, literally lot of money.
NegativeI have been using it for 1 month, cant find any. Saved me 6 thousand pounds that I usually spent on contract analyst. The Dashboard and recommendations are better than what i have received before.
