StreamYard is amazing for teams who do broadcasts with people who aren't that tech savvy! The feature is very similar to other broadcast applications but it's very easy to comprehend and understand! Even though it looks so simple, it is very customizable; making your streams have your own personal touch! It's so easy to teach it to the people who wants to learn and organize it. Even though there's a few young people in our Campus team, the one's a bit older than us can work on StreamYard seamlessly and professionally! Worth the price that you pay for an excellent service!

One thing that I find missing is to be able to have a feature where we get to have a background music in our streams, as of the moment what we do is we do load it straight from share screen then just hide the share screen window.

I cant see myself using another product, it is easy to use and very user friendly. When I have guests, it's easy for them who have never used it.

My friends and I started our podcast on Google hangouts, when Hangouts changed we were so worried about how we would continue. When we found stream yard we jumped on and it was so easy to use, I was shocked. Now I look back and can't believe we ever used anything different the StreamYard!

Would love to have a volume control for shared audio.

When our public access TV show lost access to the studio StreamYard was there to help us continue making high quality content. We would have likely lost a 30 year institution without them.

Very easy to use with a very small learning curve.
A very stable platform with high quality streams and recordings at a very reasonable price point.

We need more layouts and an advanced studio for advanced users. It's a soft complaint because i understand the desire to keep the learning curve small.

Love all aspects and features. I wish these features could be added. Wish we had more control over the banners formats. Sharing various media while also having “host” on screen formatting would be great. Being able to decide the logo placement

The Ease of use is amazing. Features. Love the Green screen function. Allowing guests to join is very easy. The integration with Facebook and YouTube is very easy to do.

Host volume control would be great if there is a guest. Sometimes it mutes the guest if the host simply says “yeah”or makes a sound in response of what is being said.
I wish the function to create an event post on Facebook was square or allowed videos so it’d be more appealing to get people excited about watching.

I am a small business owner with a small team and I love that I can stream into their customer groups while doing my own stream for my personal customers. It is very user friendly and not complicates to use. StreamYard was my saving grace when I had to pivot from in person to virtual everything.

Would love a camera filter.
Maybe some pre loaded backgrounds.

I use StreamYard at least twice a week, multistreaming occasionally, and love the ease of using the website, and if anyone is new to live streaming my number one recommendation would without hesitation be StreamYard.

Streamyard is one of the absolute easiest software to use for both beginners and more advanced streamers.
It is easy to connect to your chosen destination(s), the different layout options are intuitive, and you have the chat right in front of you.
I also love the fact that it is browser based, so for people with slower internet and/or older computers a local "hiccup" doesn't end the stream.

There isn't really anything that I dislike, but to improve I would like to see the chat turned so new comments come in from the top so they are easier to read while still maintaining eye contact with your audience.

My overall experience with StreamYard has been amazing. The online community of show hosts, producers, and administrators is tremendously beneficial to learning new features and bonding over our love of live-streaming.

StreamYard has been a pioneer in the way ordinary people are able to build a platform and let their voices be heard. I never thought that I would be able to host a professionally designed show without a company hiring me to do one. StreamYard has changed that — once and for all!

Never before has it been so easy to reach mass audiences, so why not do it in the highest quality way possible? I love using StreamYard, and I’m never leaving!

There was nothing I did not like — customer service reps are engaging and quick to respond if there are technical issues, which rarely arise.

Top of the line. Enjoy producing shows and learning ways to improve by watch others. I have fun every time I do a show.

I find StreamYard to be the easiest tool for streaming, I do three shows a week it makes life fun again.

I am sure if I thought long enough I could come up with a con, yet right now I have none.

For a while, I was using my iPhone to record my Facebook lives. I am so grateful for StreamYard because it has been a wonderful upgrade for my personal ministry. Because of the ease in use, I have gotten better and better at ministry. It has helped me to feel more confident in being who I am in front of the camera.

I really don’t have anything negative to say. I’m just looking forward to the future with StreamYard! I would like to see a dark background so that if I want to wear my glasses, there won’t be a glare.

Amazing never done live streaming before this made it so easy . I now produce two weekly podcasts on record output and a charity live events which have gained great reviews thanks to the ease of the software.

One of the most efficient streaming platforms. I have been a collaborator for an internet radio station for more than a year and StreamYard has helped us to broadcast the 6 weekly programs of the station to our hispanic community of listeners of over 35,000 viewers on our platforms! I truly don’t have any cons. I’m a StreamYard user for more than a year now and I’m very satisfied with StreamYard.

As host and producer for a two-person sports show, I am amazed at the level of professional features built into this platform. We are heavy in guest interactions and our viewers appreciate being a part of the conversation and seeing their questions or comments on screen. StreamYard is a home run for streamers.

Hosting a sports talk show, we enjoy the various layouts and video-sharing, which allows us to show and analyze highlights and break-down sports plays.

It can be difficult some times to navigate from Comments, to Banners, to Brands to get the next asset prepared without losing a bit of focus on speaking. Would be nice to see an easier way to navigate between sidebar options

My best experience compared to Zoom and WizIQ.

I love the banners feature, the short video clips feature, and the ability to record and save video.

So far, it does not support the right to left alignment for RTL languages like Arabic.

Best streaming platform in the World. It has given the leverage I never expected I could get. I'm indebted to StreamYard.

Easy to use and web based. Even my Children who are below 14 can use it. It makes my streams look professional.

Graphic designs can be improved. I find it a little pricey though.

It is an excellent program to stream on different social networks, easy to customize and use. I like it.

1) ppt sharing in single monitor awkward. should be very easy like video sharing and clickable
2) background music (melon has already this feature)
3) lack of banner/branding... should allow customized branding or sale theme.

Great to use, simple, but could use more features, and more overlay options as well. It's great for hosting guests.

Love the simplicity of using StreamYard, fast, reliable, easy to learn! Love that they added the PiP for streaming gaming!

Needs for features, more layout options, ability to pull in media quicker in a Live stream. Easier way to have multiple cameras in it would be great. I use an ATEM to bypass this issue.

I am in week 85 of a livestream cabaret show - a weekly series since the pandemic began. I was only streaming to FB at the beginning. About a year in, I found StreamYard and started experimenting with it. I loved it so much, I joined and now use it weekly, to stream to both FB and YouTube. It's easy, there are few glitches and I'm so happy with it, as are my viewers!

It's so easy to use! When I used to just do Facebook Live, I had so many issues like video cutting out, blurry pictures, frame freezing, livestreams just ending part-way through. With StreamYard, none of this happens; the picture and sound are always pristine and there are few glitches. I love it! I haven't even taken advantage of all the options. Plus, the support and how-to videos and forums are AWESOME! And every time I've had a question, it gets answered by other members or StreamYard folks directly. Love the customer service.

I love StreamYard...I know there's a slight learning curve to adding features; that's my only delay in adding them.

StreamYard ROCKS! One thing that makes the platform so amazing is the consistent updates and improvements. Definitely no "complacency" with this team.

When you are recording or live streaming a video for your audience, the last thing you need to be focused on is running the platform. StreamYard is just intuitive, so you can focus on your audience instead of the mechanics of running your broadcast.

What it doesn't have that I wish it did is the ability to upload my own animated lower thirds instead of just using the banners (or a static overlay). It would give me the ability to put them in myself while filming instead of having to manually download and then add them in FCPX.

StreamYard is easy to use and professional and really easy to connect with guests on my live shows. I highly recommend StreamYard.
