Although the study did not expect to see any modifications in the physical aspects of chronic pain and fatigue, the participants reported a change in their perception of these symptoms after engaging in the program. It is worth noting that the metrics for symptoms and disease activity, measured through a validated Patient Reported Outcome Measure, remained consistent throughout the study period. This underscores the critical role of psychological support in tandem with managing physical health for those living with chronic illnesses, emphasizing that emotional well-being is just as vital as physical health.
