My overall experience was good, I would definitely use this product again for collecting anonymous information from my team.

I liked that I could see responses as they came in and could see how long it took for users to respond.

SurveyLegend has been essential software for developing all kinds of surveys, it's fantastic how you can insert all kinds of Videos within a survey, as well as I can insert various images to make the survey much more complete. I have really loved the experience I have obtained within this platform, I have noticed how we have been able to collect a large number of opinions from all our clients, every time we carry out a negotiation with a new client, we send them a direct link so that they can complete a survey of consumer, in this way we can see what they think of our services offered. This platform has been key to collecting opinions in a very short time, in addition, it has a limited database that allows you to store a large number of opinions. I loved the experience obtained, I consider that some things have to be improved, such as the watermark of the platform and add a system to modify or personalize the survey link.

SurveyLegend is a perfect platform to design all kinds of surveys and send it to customers, this platform offers very advanced features. The things that I liked the most was that this platform allows me to create surveys with a much more attractive design, I have a large list of templates to insert each of my surveys, this helps me to vary the design repeatedly to send surveys different from customers. Another of the things that I like about this platform is that it allows me to view the responses in real time for each of the surveys, every time a client is completing the survey, an immediate notification will be sent to me and by accessing this notification you will be able to view all the answers you are typing in the submitted survey. Another thing that I like is that it also has a very complete free trial, which allows you limited access to sending surveys.

The only negative thing about this platform is that it has a watermark for all the surveys you take, in addition, it is not possible to create a personalized link for your survey, each survey you take within this platform will have the name from SurveyLegend. It would be great if within this platform we were able to create a custom link for a survey. Creating a custom link we could put the name of our company. Also, it's also a bit annoying that there is a watermark for all the surveys that we have created, we would like to put our company logo instead of that SurveyLegend watermark.

Survey Legend is a great website for making surveys, though the frequent paywall can be annoying, especially for smaller scale uses.

Very easy to use as an administrator as well as a user. The interface looks nice and the software is very easy to use.

It was very easy to set up the survey and ability to list multiple text boxes under one single question.

A great tool to use overall. I wish they'd have a paid option for teams and companies that wouldn't be using this daily but would need it every now and then. But all in all very satisfied.

That a lot of the features were free to set up a survey, easy to navigate and develop surveys with, easy to track and share the survey once developed, users seem to find it easy and were able to quickly answer the survey for my research.

I like the way you could customise your questions, the free allowance of 1 branching tool was really helpful to have a screening question for my academic research. Respondents appeared to find it easy to use too, was very pleased I found this survey tool!

While I appreciate you are a business, it seems unfair that you cannot extract the data you collected from the survey unless paying. If you had to pay for the survey, or limited the number of responses you could receive, this wouldn't be an issue. However, I only realised I wouldn't be able to look at individualised responses until I had already collected the data.

4 stars seems like a fair trade. Super user-friendly and navigation makes sense. The only thing I found bad was the free plan individual response limit.

The survey is super easy to compose question, I mostly use it for open ended questions and I like how super easy to reconstruct the questions. no character limit which is super plus.

Editing an existing survey in the glimpse of an eye. I have ADHD and sometimes I forget some words or misspell some! but as soon as I need to edit, I do it in a woosh.

The pricing.

I had no idea using the free plan would made me see only one individual submit at all. And if another user submit his answer you are no longer allowed to see the results of the previous one! I was in a panic mode, I can't afford to buy the pro version, however, you can get the pro version for a limited time by writing a review.

But still this is an information that needs to be displayed in advanced to warn free users.

I generally had a fun and smooth experience overall using SurveyLegend. I did not experience any issues. Recommended.

SurveyLegend makes making surveys fun! The ability to make each survey unique in its design and theme makes it that much more attractive to start (and finish) the survey.

I love how you can ask different styles of questions. The ability to add photos in is a bonus too - it just makes the survey that much more interesting and pretty to look at! I've had great feedback from the people I surveyed about it... best they'd seen!

I have never had any major issues with the overall performance of SurveyLegend, all the features have had a positive impact and have made it possible for us to quickly collect feedback from all of our customers. The only problem that we have noticed recently is that we have noticed that some of the surveys sent to our clients, go to the Spam folder, instead of going to the main tray. This Spam folder issue is something that is happening to a number of our customers, we hope we can resolve this with the help and support of SurveyLegend.

Currently, the only way to access your main panel is by downloading the application for computers and accessing it from the web version, it is mandatory and really necessary to create an application for iOS Android phones, this will help you create surveys from anywhere without need to use a computer, it will also allow you to monitor your surveys without using a computer.

- The prices of these platforms are extremely high, within our company this has not meant such a direct negative thing for us, because our company has been able to cover the expenses of each of the plans that we have used, however I consider that the plans should be a little cheaper, to allow more companies to use it since it is an incredible platform, which offers a large number of templates and offers ease when creating surveys.

SurveyLegend has been a platform that has helped me build a correct system for constantly sending surveys to all my clients. The things I like about this platform were:

1- One of the main things that I liked about this platform is the great variety of dishes that it offered me, that was very important to me since I was able to design quite striking surveys, with an optimized design and also with a correct order throughout the information, in addition, each of the templates are fully modifiable, therefore, you can modify the text font to my liking and you can also modify the general color of each template. The template that this platform offered me were absolutely great.

2- I also like the weight that is formed, it allows me to send automated reminders for when a client has completed the survey that we have recently sent to their inbox, this platform is capable of receiving an alert and a half even when a client sends me has complicated a survey, for which the platform automatically sends a reminder notification to that client, so that they can complete the survey at that moment.

3- I also liked that this money does not allow me to modify the general interface of each survey, I can remove the logo of this platform within each survey that I have carried out, and I can incorporate the logo of my company for each survey, this is fantastic and there is no watermark here of any kind or after the software I used to create this survey.

2- The free version allows us to send several surveys simultaneously, in addition, the free version does not allow us to track the survey sent to a client, therefore, you will not be able to view the status of each survey sent in real time, you will not be able to Knowing if your client has completed that survey or if they haven't opened it yet, which is why I don't recommend this free version, allows us to have widespread and complete access to the survey creation platform.

3- The cost of this platform is extremely high, despite being a platform that allows you general and complete customization of each survey, its prices are really high compared to platforms like SurveyMonkey. This platform has a much higher price than SurveyMonkey , despite having very similar functions.
