I chose SurveyLegend since it allowed me to design a survey using the question types and design options I wanted, but having to pay to see basic results information is less than ideal.

Good survey design options - lots of different question types and styles. Better than other free options.

Live Analytics data is unclear. No way to view results excluding incomplete surveys or view individual responses without paying. This is allowed for other survey platforms.

Creating and managing surveys is now easy thanks to this tool. With availability of templates, creating surveys is easy. For advanced surveys, creating a custom survey form is also easy.

When it comes to carrying out surveys, this tool has been very effective. From ease of implementation, using and customizing the tool, everything is flawless.

I like that there are templates for easy survey creation. Also correcting different types of data is easy thanks to customization.

I have had no issues with SurveyLegend for the time I have used it.

It is basically a new platform to display a survey or feedback from people, you can modify how it appears and many things are available if you have a pro account.

Many option in question styles, and then many backgrounds and fonts option, very interactive and fun, new way to display a survey.

If you are using free account, many fun things are limited.

The application is easy to use. No extra training is required. Online help are readily available to guide in completing the survey.

Easy to use and flexible for quick analysis. This captures the IP address to weed out unwanted data.

Limit of respondents per upgrade category. Having a higher number of respondents is needed for data acceptability.

Overall, anyone can use Survey Legend to conduct surveys and collect data for their own needs. I used Survey Legend to collect data for my dissertation work.

I prefer SurveyLegend to the service that I used previously. Everything just flows better, and people seem more inclined to participate (be surveyed). I like how results are presented and sorted.

Easier and more dynamic than SurveyMonkey. Intuitive results. More options/possibilities in creating the forms. Easy to use on the phone. Starter version is free.

I didn't have any problems with SurveyLegend, so no complaints to speak of.

Overall, I'd recommend this for simple surveys! It's easy to use and they do offer a free trial, which is very helpful!

I loved it! I love the unlimited responses and how easy was to create a survey. It's really great for creating a sophisticated survey.

Really hard to collect data if you don't have any sort of premium feature.

Good experience. The least thing about the service is that it was a bit annoying for me to repeat the answer odel for multiple questions.

The inconvenience of having to type the design of the responses every time instead of having it pre-formatted after the first answer model .

If you want to make responsive and interactive form, SurveyLegend gives you a complete toolkit for that.
You need to have subscription for using all that tools.

Hard to find any cons. Maybe the samples could be arranged a bit better.

Some good features, but not as reliable as I hoped and felt a bit like a bait-and-switch free version.

Surveys look good, easy to use, decent options for customization and question format, easy integration into my website.

Multiple text-box questions were buggy, limits of free version not readily apparent until after results start coming in - not only can you not export your data with the free version, but you can't see individual responses (i.e. don't know who each answer belongs to) and some of the longer comments get cut off in the analytics viewer.

Easy to use and really explicit. You can check any time the survey, not sure how you end the survey.

Feature-rich platform that looks and feels slick. Outside of my minor quibble about survey creation navigation, I'd happily use SurveyLegend for all my surveys!

- Survey creation is difficult to accomplish using keyboard shortcuts that would be expected to work (tab, arrow keys, etc.).

Easy to use, very clear and offers some nice themes for free! We will probably look into purchasing this product for our organization so that we can easily export data and use branding. The cost is not extreme. We are, however, on a very tight budget at the moment.

It has a clean and easy interface. They also offer reduced pricing for non-profits and non-profits can benefit more than anyone to these surveys.

Charging for data export for non-profits. But we always want stuff for free. LOL!
