I'm happy with the results so far with SurveyLegend. Our surveys were previously pretty basic, not as innovatively designed, and we weren't getting as many responses from our customers. Since we started using SurveyLegend, everything has changed progressively. The rate of customers accessing our surveys is now much higher as the surveys are more engaging and customers feel comfortable completing them. On the other hand, it is important to mention that these opinions have helped us to grow in a certain way, we have improved our services to be able to satisfy the needs of all clients.

SurveyLegend is without a doubt the best platform to create your own quality surveys with unrivaled designs. SurveyLegend is being used throughout our company in order to collect opinions from our clients and to know what they think about the services previously provided. The things that have caught my attention most positively are:

- SurveyLegend allows me to modify the branding and logo of the entire survey. With other software like SurveyMonkey you can't do this, you can't edit the brand and logo. With SurveyLegend yes I can do that so that my survey has the name of my company and does not have any watermark and any SurveyLegend logo, all the information from SurveyLegend I can remove with the payment plan.

- It has more than 50 predesigned templates to give a better tone to my surveys. I don't have to spend long hours making a design to make my survey more attractive, just choose a design that is linked to the information that I will place and that's it.

- SurveyLegend surveys allow me to embed videos. I can insert videos in the surveys so that my clients can have a more complete survey. These videos can be informative, I can ask you to watch the video and then put your opinion in the box below.

The only negative feature worth mentioning about SurveyLegend is:

- The design of the web version is quite simple. It is a design with blank sections, and with very few colors, which makes it not so comfortable to use this platform for so long. I would like SurveyLegend to have a more innovative, professional design that makes me feel comfortable using it for a long time. The design is very old, it should be optimized.

That's the only problem in SurveyLegend. This survey maker service has no problem building surveys, monitoring them and getting detailed results, everything works great with no errors.

Very easy to use, easy to customize - great experience by all users. I am sure I will use the product again.

That I cannot export the data of the survey without signing up for a subscription.

I made a research on a great enterprise survey tool and came across survey crowd. It's been extremely useful for different purposes with amazing features! 10/10 Recommend this tool.

So far, I have enjoyed using this product and have not noticed any cons for now. Only recommendation is to improve the interface but it still works great.

Great survey website, as a student writing its thesis it was super useful and free, I highly recommend.

Easy to add answers and edit the whole survey. The fact that you can see the world map highlighted on the places where people answered is really great.

Limited number of pictures is really annoying, they make the survey less boring.
The fact that you can't filter the answers (for example, being able to know how many male answered to a particular question, it's all mixed).

I'd highly recommend Survey Legend for people who need to create quick and attractive surveys that are easy to share and analyze.

Survey Legend is very easy to use and allows users to create beautiful surveys in just minutes. I also liked that the free version doesn't have a limit of questions or participants, so people can have a good idea of what the pro version is gonna be like.

Nothing, I consider it's a very complete tool and I have no complaints.

My experience with this tool was very good. Create a survey in less than an hour. The design could improve a bit to look more beautiful.

Overall, I believe that this product is really useful for anyone needing to create surveys on a regular basis. The features offered in the upgraded versions definitely seem like they would be worth it.

The creative freedom I had in creating and designing my survey for my personal use made it worthwhile even if some features were unavailable to me.

The free version prevents extensive review of surveys.

I read a lot and investigated many other options, this has the best features for the price. Works for me. But I know that it's not for everybody.

Design options, even though they're limited, they can make your survey out stand. I liked to find here the way to solve the voting in a film festival. And as for the competition, it is the best price/quality service.

Not the best customer service. They answer, but not in good manners.

I think it's a really great software. We've used it for smaller questionnaires for clients, where it works great - it's easy to set up and use it.

It's really easy to set up a questionnaire just the way you want to, and in a way that's easy for the respondents later on.

At times the layouts can be somewhat boring or uninteresting at least.

As a new user to SurveyLegend, it seems like a promising platform for beginner and advanced surveys and questionnaires.

-Not able to see if it is smartphone compatible

I really like the tool, but found it frustrating that I have to purchase a paid subscription in order to view the results. I wish that would have been specified prior to me spending the time creating the survey. If it was something that I used on a regular basis, I would be willing to pay the fee, but I was only looking to use it here and there.

I like that you can completely customize your survey. You can add Gifs and images. There are also lots of different options for the types of questions and you can customize your graphics.

In order to view all of your results, you have to purchase a paid subscription.

I tested a number of survey tools and I could not believe how good SurveyLegend was compared to some of the others.
Its ease of use and design are very user focused.
Would definitely recommend.

Overall, Survey Legend is a great tool for creating surveys of any kind. The application offers a lot of tools that helps in customizing the surveys to make it attracting and fun to attempt.

3. Survey questions can be customized heavily by implementing problems to solve or objective questions with images.
4. All the tools are stable and works accurately every time.

1. The analytics tool is fast but isn't reliable every time with data accuracy.
2. Free trial has lots of limitation and does not succeed in giving a taste of all the features to the user trying the application.

I would recommend it but the export of data is not so good. I hope that you're going to fix it as some people don't use it for this reason.

It really helped me with a survey for school, and i had a good result, you can put photos in it and it's very nice.

You have to pay, i can't freely export my data.

You can easily customize the form's basic structure.
You can customize your form to a very low level.
The results are so detailed that you can do an in-depth analysis.

You can make good-quality survey forms seamlessly and share them around the globe without any hassle.
You can make up to 3 forms for free.
It is so easy that even a non-technical guy could use it with ease.

Apart from the limit and constraints on the trial version, there is no other thing one can complain about.

I don't create surveys regularly but would definitely use again. I think the pricing structure could be modified to appeal to infrequent "one-off" users like myself. Like a pay by use vs. a time period.

From the user perspective, very slick and professional looking. Very easy to use. The ranking by photo is something I couldn't find with another provider. Much better visually than survey monkey or forms (Microsoft).

On the back end, it was not clear to me what could or could not be done based on not having a paid subscription. Meaning, I knew I didn't have a paid subscription but didn't know if the shortfalls in using it was due to the functionality not existing OR existing but not accessible to me. It was a confusing.

Also easy to share the survey to different users. Good tool.
