    My experience with TeamViewer has been intermediate, I am satisfied with the results obtained from my computer, the connectivity with my colleagues or clients has been quite stable and this has allowed us to have a totally pleasant remote access. In addition, the interface has been quite comfortable, I have enjoyed using TeamViewer in my work sector, I can make remote connections with just a few steps, there is no delay in the clicks that I make from the remote connection and I love this. The App for cell phones has left me a lot to be desired, I feel that it lacks a little more optimization and editions in the way of managing a computer from the phone, they are improvable features of TeamViewer and I trust that they will improve them little by little.     There are several features of TeamViewer that have certainly caught my attention in a positive way and have made me consider it one of my most important software, these features were:

    - TeamViewer allows you to improve the performance of the remote connection or improve the quality of it. If the user has a good computer, he can make TeamViewer use more resources to improve the quality, but if he does not have a good computer, he can decrease the consumption of TeamViewer to make the transmission more fluid. This is perfect because it makes the remote connection faster and more comfortable.

    - It is very fast to connect remotely with any user, it is only enough to have an ID and a password, to connect instantly with another computer. It is a fairly fast process, it is not like other platforms that are more complex to make this connection.

    - TeamViewer offers the possibility of talking via audio or video call during the remote connection, this means that there can be an interaction between both parties without the need to use any third-party software to communicate during this connection, it's fantastic, all in one.

    Negative

    During my experience with TeamViewer, I noticed two features that I did not like so much, they bothered me while using the software. These characteristics were:

    - Sending and receiving files in TeamViewer is quite complex, when you try to transfer a file to someone through a remote connection, the transfer takes a long time, despite being files with very little weight, so it is more feasible to share files through some file manager in the cloud, which transfer them from the remote connection.

    - When I use TeamViewer on my phone, and I try to manage my computer through my cell phone, it is quite inconvenient, and it is not possible to perform some kind of Zoom to be able to better manage the computer from the phone, this makes it more complex to select something specific .     - The file transfer is interrupted if the internet connection drops and the session is disconnected, this is annoying because the file transfer is not resumed and it has happened to me that there was little to transfer something and when the connection drops you have to start over. So there should be sort of a more seamless and lossless file transfer like browsers do these days.

    - I would like that, even if the connection were to drop, the session would be maintained, because in most cases it is disconnected and unless the client has a fixed password, which never happens, you have to go back from scratch, having to communicate through another platform so that send me the password and come back with the connection. Sometimes when there are internet problems it reconnects, but in most cases you have to log in again with the client, making all the work more tedious.

    TeamViewer has been the best option for remote desktop solutions and long-distance meetings, it has been practical and useful for me to have it on any device since I am not always on the desktop computer but in the comfort of my iPad so I prefer the ease and comfort before using a closed software that focuses on a single market like other platforms I have already used. I have been safe in my conversations with others since this platform has an encryption that helps me not to have information leaks when I need absolute privacy. I have been able to help clients resolve doubts about real estate from all over the country. Very few queries have been made from other countries, however communication through TeamViewer has been very helpful. I have also been able to transfer files from my other machines without requiring external servers to store and retrieve my files, it is not a great solution, but if I want to access my files I do not depend on servers from other places but on my computer that is far from mi is turned on and previously configured with this software. As a business solution it is very good, but I recommend subscribing to this platform for large companies to obtain a good ROI and get the most out of all the functions offered by this platform.

    º Its interface is very up-to-date with a clean and fresh look, I don't get lost when I want to search for a function in this software since everything is organized so that it is easy to find it, currently its main functions are on the left hand side without visually hindering the user.

    º The augmented reality function is very useful because it helps people to understand more easily the other individual behind the screen when something is being indicated to them, it has helped me when a client is viewing a property that I am showing him and we use TeamViewer to take a closer look at the properties despite the distance and the client wants to specify something to me that he wants to see in more detail.

    º This software is not only about remote desktop sharing but also has meeting features like another video conferencing platform, it helps a lot since I do not require third parties to make video calls if I can do it from this platform with all the security and privacy. It can also be used as a classroom for school or university students.

    º In screen sharing mode I like the ability to adjust resolution, turn off visual effects, etc. By this I mean that I have the ability to adjust depending on the speed of the internet that I am using at that moment. This function helps me a lot since I can be available even if my network fails.

    º Despite the fact that this software has great security for users who connect with each other, it is not possible to have compatibility with proxy servers, a great disadvantage when managing business security at another level is required.

    º I have a problem with the quality of the sound, sometimes there comes a time when you cannot understand what the other participant is saying, regardless of the internet connection, I have had that failure.

    I have had instances where our IT dept have used this for remote workers and I have needed another company to help with my personal computer using this. Absolutely a must have for any place that has remote workers.

    Ease of access. It's so easy to click a couple of buttons and allow someone to take access of the computer to fix issues remotely. Our IT dept uses this for our non-tech savvy employees and it's such a time saver.

    I don't have any complaints but our IT dept says it lags sometimes. But that is to be expected with remote stuff like that.

    My overall experience with TeamViewer has been relatively good. Currently, I use TeamViewer in my corporate area since sometimes our employees need some support or have a question with their office computers, and TeamViewer allows us to connect to those computers and solve the problem without leaving our workstation. It is not only being used in our Corporate sector, there are several sectors of our company that also use TeamViewer to connect remotely, work together, carry out various work activities and much more. TeamViewer has revolutionized collaborative work in our company and we are happy about it, we hope to continue having these great results in remote connections.

    On many occasions, our colleagues and employees need support or need us to help them in various activities, and this is where TeamViewer comes in and helps us to connect through a remote network. The main things I liked about TeamViewer were:

    1. The connectivity with the other person through the remote connection was very stable, at no time did I present instability and at no time was the remote connection cut off, I was able to operate the other computer without any type of interruption and this allowed me to carry out the various activities without problems. I think stability is TeamViewer's strongest point, the way it allows me to connect stably is fantastic.

    2. Another thing that I love about TeamViewer is the ease with which I can connect to another computer, all I have to do is have the ID and password of the TeamViewer system that is on the other computer and in this way I will be able to connect immediately without any restrictions, it's a pretty easy process for me.

    3. I love the way I can connect to my computer from my mobile phone. This function is quite important for me, sometimes I am out of the office, and I need a document that is on my office computer, immediately I can connect from my phone with TeamViewer and extract the document without any problem. The connectivity with which the App for phones works is the same as that of computers.

    4. It is a quite comfortable platform, its general design is quite comfortable and its accessibility is impressive. Another thing that is important to highlight is that the web version works wonderfully, in this web version you can see the connections you have previously had, conversations with other people can be continued from the web version without any problem.

    TeamViewer has been a perfect software all this time that I have been using it, I have not presented any type of failure and I have been able to make remote connections with all kinds of duration. I have had no problems with TeamViewer, its general operation has been satisfactory, the user support service is quite consistent and attentive to solve all kinds of doubts, in addition, the support is live, it is easy to obtain a quick response. I am very grateful to TeamViewer for offering me such a good experience without giving me a hard time, thanks for not giving me any problems during operation.

    From 1 to 5, I would give TeamViewer a 4, because in general, it has been a very beneficial platform for my work area, despite the complications it has thrown at me when transferring files to my work colleagues , I consider that its performance in the remote connection has been really good, and it has been able to help me to carry out remote work without having to move from the place where I am.     TeamViewer is one of those little work solutions that allow remote jobs to be possible from anywhere and from any device. What I like the most about TeamViewer is that it is a platform with easy access, compared to other platforms that allow the remote connection of the user only if they use a previously shared link.     We upgraded from a personal verison to a corporate version and it is really worth it.

    Previously staff had a spreadsheet with IDs, but now we can search the admin portal and connect within seconds (that is assuming the customer can't give us their ID).

    Having a customised host is the best thing to do. Whilst it can be a little tricky to setup, once done, not only does it look good with your branding
    but you can lock it down so only authorised people can connect. The other advantage is setting a corporate password means you don't need to ask the user and you can connect at any time.

    Setting up the host is worth the effort, but once done TeamViewer is awesome.

    Negative

    Can be a bit fiddly to setup the host and ensuring the registry settings are correct for a seamless experience.
