    TeamViewer is an excellent platform for fast remote team management

    TeamViewer is quite stable in its handling and has always shown us the connection without any problem. There is no need to log off if I am going to shut down the computer, it is handled immediately, even if we have to log on again. Previously we could not help our users 100% but with TeamViewer all that changed, it has allowed us to manipulate their computer from our server in case the client does not show improvement in their errors instead of having a tedious and confusing conversation over the phone or email.

    TeamViewer is the best tool for all our online meetings. It has remained in the top 1 since we realized the integration they have to MS Outlook and that it is very easy to use. Being web-based it allows us to get ahead in its handling. It does have limitations at times, but it handles very well.

    It only allows us a unique login in our computer, that gives us several cons because if we connect in another computer it forgets this connection and it is tedious to be always opening the account. When we configure proxy servers the connection drops almost instantly, they should update integrations with proxies and DNS.

    We currently use TeamViewer in our company as the main application to connect remotely and facilitate remote work. What I like most about this platform is that it offers me great video quality and fluency in remote management, this allows me to be able to use any computer without any problem, remotely. In addition, I really like TeamViewer because it allows me to connect remotely without having to do a long process or access a link, just use an ID and password, and immediately I will be connected remotely.

    Another feature that I like about TeamViewer is its application for mobile phones, since I can control my computer in just an instant from my cell phone, and with a compact but quite comfortable design.

    The only thing I didn't like about TeamViewer is the file transaction system. During each remote connection that I make with this platform, the option to share files, receive and send files appears, however, this system of sending and receiving files is very slow, causing each file to take too long to be sent to your recipient or the other person on the remote connection. I think this file transaction system should be optimized immediately for a better user experience.

    I have been able to access colleagues' and clients' computers with ease and provide remote assistance to others efficiently when the need arises using this tool; the only thing I have needed to know is the device ID and password, which are in plain sight when the application is launched. As we have discovered more features, I have been able to get more out of this tool with my workgroup. It is worthwhile, has many tools, and connects to other computers for the purpose of remote support and collaboration quick and easy.

    It is the best tool I have used to provide remote support quickly and efficiently when the need arises, no matter where I am at the time. It works excellently from any device with internet access. Its ability to access computers, control them, use the console, transfer files, communicate in real-time through its messaging, etc., makes remote support simpler and more effective.

    Setting it up has not been an easy task, and it has taken us a while to find and understand various functions to execute them efficiently.
