I use TeamViewer whenever my parents need help with their PC. Since, I don't live with them, I use TeamViewer to remotely access their PC and solve their problem.

- Secure connection with UserID and password.
- One can also record their session.
- Voice and Video call is possible while sharing.
- Chat feature is also helpful sometimes.

- It runs in the background even after exiting the software, so someone can snoop around when your device is left unattended.

Great software for remotely helping people with PC issues.

Ease-of-use is just perfect - advise the person you're trying to help to give you their ID and passcode and boom, you're right there with them remote controlling their PC.

There's not much to dislike other than the ever-present freeware popup, but that's understandable given the nonexistent pricing for free users.

App lock is not possible, it would be helpful to lock access of host on one app.

You can easily authenticate and allow users to control and access your computer. The screen shared video quality is fantastic. The software is available on cross-platform. Firewall protection form accessing personal information.

It freezes several times when doing specific tasks.

You cannot find any other much reliable and useful software than this one. With very minimalistic and easy user interface it's the best one out there.

I have been using this software since my childhood, and there can be no other better software for remote screen sharing than this. And with time to time updates it has also included many great and new features.

I use this for personal purposes between family members so that I can help them out with their computer needs (I worked in IT for a number of years). My elderly parents love the ability for me to just remote in and fix things for them.

Software updates can sometimes be a pain because if the versions don't match you can't update clients remotely.

The best solution for remote based connectivity. I am using since 2018 and it consumes 25 MB - 50 MB per hour. It is considerable along with uninterrupted service. Internet speed of roughly 50 kbps should be good enough for general use.

Seems price range little high. Though, worth to use.
