Communicating this way also means there is a record of what was said so there is no doubt later on.PositiveIt's simple to use a reasonably inexpensive.

PositiveIt has worked with ease from day 1. No wrestling with crap instructions or poor interface or bombarded with adverts and up sells. I use it twice a month and never had one issue with it. IMO it didn't need the face lift and I still use Classic view.

We have been able to record training notes and send the link to the relevant staff to watch and learn. During Covid it really helped us to keep in touch with our staff (150) who work at 5 different locations giving a consistent message and encouraging feedback.

I would recommend to new users, make sure you have all your contact information in the message and your website, every time.PositiveI am using this in a church environment. I retired as a computer engineer, but have been a Pastor before medical issues had me step down. I am now a member of a great church but lacking experience in technology, so I have stepped into the role of technology there.
Of course, sending a message to many people at once is a wonderful help to get messages out. I am using TextMagic to get invites and messages out.

If TextMagic could come up with an abbreviated instruction set TEXT and VIDEO with a check list to make sure everything is set up. They may have one, but it is not obvious to get to. Maybe a button for first time users that says Quick Setup. -
