    I've used Textmagic for years in my role as a Motor Vehicle Sales Manager and it is simply the best way to contact new and existing customers. So many people will not answer a call if they do not recognise a number but everyone reads a text.
    Communicating this way also means there is a record of what was said so there is no doubt later on.

    I like the layout, notifications and reporting.
    It lets me know both by sound on my PC and an email when a customer has responded to a text I've sent.

    There is nothing about TM that I do not like.

    Overall, highly recommend for small enterprises! Easy to use, reliable, support gets back to you quickly and pricing is competitive. If you are a larger organisation, then this software will be challenging to scale with until they come up with more enterprise-level solutions.

    Simple functionality.
    Able to login to subaccounts so that we are all sending SMS from one number.
    Chat view is highly useful for ongoing dialogue with customers.

    Hard to scale with if you are trying to have only one inbound/outbound number, as there is no ability to assign conversations to different people or assign statuses, like in most contact centre softwares. There is meant to be a feature called Shared Inbox coming out but I'm unable to get my hands on it even when I enquire.

    Amazing app. We use it in recruitment (telling candidates to check their email for interview details) as well as communicating with the staff on a regular basis. We have been able to record training notes and send the link to the relevant staff to watch and learn. During Covid it really helped us to keep in touch with our staff (150) who work at 5 different locations giving a consistent message and encouraging feedback.

    I was happy on the second time I used it because I had help from Tech Support and everything worked great.
    I would recommend to new users, make sure you have all your contact information in the message and your website, every time.

    I am using this in a church environment. I retired as a computer engineer, but have been a Pastor before medical issues had me step down. I am now a member of a great church but lacking experience in technology, so I have stepped into the role of technology there.
    Of course, sending a message to many people at once is a wonderful help to get messages out. I am using TextMagic to get invites and messages out.
    I have only successfully used it once, but I believe it will be a great help with growing the church with new members and visitors.

    The first time I used it, the messages did not go out. I did not have everything set up correctly, but of course I did not know that.
    If TextMagic could come up with an abbreviated instruction set TEXT and VIDEO with a check list to make sure everything is set up. They may have one, but it is not obvious to get to. Maybe a button for first time users that says Quick Setup.
