    Summary

    We will definitely continue to sell our show tickets through ThunderTix. We appreciate the quick and thorough responses from tech support.

    I could talk to someone on the phone initially to get our questions answered, and then get quick responses via email to further issues.

    Negative

    We weren't able to just list table numbers on the tickets and had to give seat numbers at each table, but that didn't present any real problems at the event.

    I started off searching the internet for a software that fit our specific needs and from the moment I was in contact with them they were very helpful in getting their software to work for what we were looking to accomplish and throughout the process were great at answering any questions I had. I definitely recommend this software!
