Managing the learning of our employees is quite a complex task, since we have to take into account each of the learning materials used by each of the employees and know if they are using the right material to develop activities and knowledge for the work they do. introduces me to the company. One of the things that I like the most about this software is that it has a virtual classroom, this virtual classroom is excellent to function as a live virtual classroom, I love it because it works in real time and helps the learning to be synchronized, It allows all employees to learn in the class simultaneously. We use the virtual classroom feature approximately twice a week to discuss learning topics and to be able to bring new learning information to our employees. Another of the things that I like the most about this software is that it allowed me to create a forum where my employees can interact, share learning material, post or comment on the material they are using. This forum is quite complete, it works like any other forum and allows employees to post and debate among themselves online. Finally, I must mention that I loved the gamification function, with this function I can provide various badges or recognitions to the most outstanding employees and those who have had a higher learning than others, this function also allows me to create a qualification system where everyone employees can compete with each other to have one learning greater than another.

Since we started using this platform in all sectors of our company we have not had any problems, all our employees have been able to develop new work techniques and have had a joint learning where everyone has been able to discuss the material I am using and they can share new courses with each other. This platform has been very useful for our entire company and has never provided any type of error, in addition, we must mention that the support team has done everything possible to always be attentive to all our doubts, we cannot complain about that support team either. because they have always been there to help us get on the platform. For now, I have no complaints about Tovuti, Both the desktop and mobile versions work perfectly, I can interact with other employees, share work material and learn from the whole no matter what device I am using .

I LOVE the interactive activities that can be utilized to deepen and reinforce learning in the courses. The willingness of the company to act on and live their organizational mission and vision is refreshing. It also means they are willing to help us grow that cutting edge, listening to ur needs and considering what they can do to push the envelope with us.

It is a little less than user intuitive as a creator of content. There are certain features that require deeper understanding to be able to use well. The support videos aren't always as up to date as needed to allow administrators to feel as confident in these gray areas.

My overall experience has been amazing. I have used other services in the past and this is by far the best one.

With the help of Tovuti we were able to setup a portal to share our courses and also create an international marketplace for selling the same. The dashboards have helped us efficiently monitor and collaborate with the learners based on their needs and activity. It also provides insights for each courses which can be used for finding the scope of improvement.

There aren't a lot of feature specific tutorials available hence has a bit of a learning curve especially for the non-tech users.

Not much really. The only thing so far, and we are fairly new to the platform was the reporting functionality on quizzes within a lesson and on a survey that we sent out.

My first support ticket was resolved with amazing speed and simplicity. Within a relatively short time I was provided a step by step instruction with screen shots customized to my setup that resulted in me setting the correct configuration values in just a few minutes. Awesome!

The main value of Tovuti is the "all-in-one" package as not only a Learning Management System, but also contains the student, event, course/lesson and content management components, but also has a standard payment interface and allows for multiple brands from the instance. But most importantly, they have the embedded virtual classroom, which ties the student experience into one neat and tight package.

The functionality to create kanban boards such as you would find in Miro, Quip or Trello would be helpful. This was discussed during the sales cycle and I received assurance that the product development team is looking into those features. That many of these tools, including Tovuti, are on zapier.net is something that streamlines product integrations.

The on boarding team and TA is responsive and very supportive of our needs for launch. Transition of face to face learning to online has been seamless.

The group virtual video option with push/pull to small groups is a must need right now. Moving face to face learning online has been seem less with Tovuti.
