    Terrible.
    Unfortunately due to a technical problem in our system your order did not reach the florist and was unable to be delivered as requested.

    Positive

    Ordering online at the site was easy and appeared well thought out until you get this:
    “Unfortunately due to a technical problem in our system your order did not reach the florist and was unable to be delivered as requested.”

    Negative

    They couldn't figure out how to get what I ordered to the funeral home or the family. Absolutely the most disappointing experience as I could not attend the funeral for a former work colleague’s son. The site took my money with no issue but couldn't deliver and blamed it on technology? That's the purpose of the site/service. Never again.
