This second-party intent data helps marketing and sales teams identify accounts demonstrating active purchase research and apply those signals to ABM, sales intelligence, lead generation, prioritization, personalization, and predictive modeling. Vendors can also use intent activity to identify existing customers researching competitors or additional products, providing signals that may indicate churn risk or expansion opportunities. TrustRadius Intent-Driven Leads uses this buyer activity to identify in-market buyers matching a vendor's ICP and engage them using content derived from customer reviews. The platform also provides GEO Monitoring to show where products appear in AI-generated results, how often they are cited, and how their AI Share of Voice compares with competitors.

    TrustRadius is a good website for both buyers & sellers. You can find large numbers of verified reviews here. It has good layout & easy to use interface but the quality check on reviews must be increased.

    There's a lot of software review sites out there. Not sure we need another one that's unresponsive and has miscategorized software.

    Not much to like. I guess the color scheme of the website is nice.

    Negative

    They miscategorized our product and allowed it to collect reviews and ratings in the wrong category. Then once we notified them that our product was miscategorized, weeks passed and they still did not move our product into the correct category as of the time of this review, even though they said they would look into it. Their vendor dashboard isn't very intuitive either. Hard to tell if your changes have saved or not.
