Great All-in-One Software for Utility Management

    Updated: May 13 2025
    Summary

Overall, my experience with Util360 has been great. The platform has really streamlined our operations, making everything from billing to fieldwork more efficient. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, the real-time data and all-in-one functionality have made a noticeable difference in our workflow. Once we got familiar with it, it became a key tool that improved our day-to-day operations significantly.

    Positive

Util360 makes managing billing, customer service, and field operations a breeze with everything in one place. The real-time data has been a huge help in addressing issues quickly. It’s also versatile enough to handle electric, water, and gas utilities, and once we got the hang of it, the platform became much easier to use and more efficient for daily tasks.

    Negative

What took the most getting used to was learning the full range of features. It took a little time at the start, and the setup was a bit longer than we expected. But once we got comfortable with the system, everything started to flow much more smoothly.
