This is a great time saver and avoids me having to sit at my laptop for 2 hours in the evening to upload information that's happened throughout the day. This allows you to keep real-time information and potential sales at this time of your meeting.
PositiveI like how it actually places my information directly into my Salesforce account. Also the fact that when I am working with one of my existing clients I can see what other potential prospects are in the area just by clicking businesses in the area. This allows me to prospect in the area based on geographical location.
NegativeInitially it can be overwhelming when you start clicking buttons however the tutorial will help give you a clear understanding how do you utilize this application.

veloxy and salesforce integration

PositiveI am a Senior Enterprise Account Rep for Comcast Enterprise and the plug in for Outlook and Salesforce was not working and a colleague told me about Veloxy and the success they were having. I was forwarded the link and wow now every email is synched into Salesforce automatically to update the client record. Helps keep the boss off my back since the sales touches show up. Added bonus is that you get a notification when they open your email!
