Date: May 17 2021SummaryGreat experience especially during busy shopping periods. I sell lamps and and other lighting equipment and sometimes I have to send out multiple packages so without software like this it can get really confusing for my customers.
PositiveI like that my customers always stay informed about where their order is automatically. Usually you have to send customers to the courier page with links and other stuff but now there are automatic emails that go out with tracking details from the courier so my customers escape all the hassle.
NegativeThe estimates feature is a bit finicky sometimes, especially if you have a custom theme because it can conflict. Not a big deal cause i had my developer fix it but it would be useful if it were a bit more universal. Thank god for developers. Setting up a return flow for the first time can be a but difficult but its easy once you get the hang of it.
