XNSPY is a premium employee monitoring solution. It offers versatile features and tools to monitor employees' phone and online activity. Some that most other companies can use and benefit from include call log management, social media monitoring, internet history logs, email tracking, and keylogging.

The email monitoring feature is very useful for keeping tabs on the type of emails an employee is sending or receiving. XNSPY lets you view not only email addresses but also the content attachments. The date and time stamps further help to track the email activity.

XNSPY offers seamless functionality; however, there is no trial version, and installing the app on individual employee phones does take time.

The app is extremely easy to use and even a boomer like me who has no idea how modern tech works is able to use it. The developers also update the app frequently so I can use several new features without having to pay extra.

XNSPY is quite easy to use and you will get free updates while using it with time, along with features.

Sometimes, the tech support is usually busy.

Target phone lost is connection with XNSPY's server and was told no refund would be granted. Refund policy has no prorated usage.

Worked well when target phone was connected to server. They helped with support of software but were not cooperative with premium refunds.

Poor customer service, was told to reinstate app on phone that was 1500 miles away.

I like that XNSPY works across platforms on Android and iOS I installed it on my daughter’s old phone and it works superbly.

XNSPY surprised me when I realized how much value I was getting for the money. It surprised me even more when I found out that it allowed me to track older company phones too. This meant I didn’t have to purchase new devices for my employees and I could track their older work phones.

This product has literally great compatibility on almost all type of devices, including smartphones as well.

Its' stealth mode can be uncovered through antivirus.

Look elsewhere if you need quick responses, decent customer service, and surefire software.

Purchased a single phone monitoring plan for one employee to test.

The phone was compatible according to their website. Upon installation we immediately ran into troubles. Contacts were viewable and not much else. Support was contacted and after hours of troubleshooting and even giving remote access to their tech support, the software failed. We asked for a refund and were informed it would be partial. After 3 months with no refund we contacted again and were advised that we would receive no refund because the software is compatible.

XNSPY is a great employee management suite as it offers a ton of features that increased productivity, manage time and minimize distractions. So far the app has been very successful at boosting my workplace’s output without sacrificing on quality.

The customer support is slow and sometimes, but you will get answered.

What can I say I think the title says it all to be honest. Social media, WhatsApp, Instagram you name it. Xnspy sees all! Lol

Great for monitoring any and all digital activities on phones and tablets. Wish they had a solution for laptops too.

Features on the iPhone seem less in number. Hope they have support soon.

Can quickly track and record employees who aren’t being productive and wasting valuable company resources. The app can monitor emails, texts, calls, web history and location so it’s definitely an added bonus. Makes employee monitoring easy and efficient.

User interface might feel a bit outdated.

I installed XNSPY after getting recommended from a friend of mine. I find its email tracking feature quite reliable and fast and it helps me protect the work emails from outsourced attacks. I only wish it had a better UI.

Reliable and quick data extraction for stealthy spying.

UI seems outdated.

Surprised with its features and how much it has to offer. The sheer amount of things it can do is simply unbelievable for newbie like me.

Social media, instant messenger, location, emails, calls, texts, websites, photos and videos, you name it! Everything is tracked.

The UI could be simpler or have more features on the main screen.

Horrible, never again, there are plenty of options, keep away from this one.
As a user of other softwares of this kind, this was the only one that truly disappointed me.

Dashboard design is nice, too bad that most features won't work.

1 - Most features require root and android <=9.
Having used other application, I can now see that I was very well before changing to XNSpy.
2 - Horrible customer experience; Ms Amelia Jesse basically told me to "read before buy" and closed the ticket.
3 - Chat and support handled by the same person, so, it doesn't matter where you make your complaints, Ms Amelia Jesse will shut you down immediately.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my purchase of this app as I didn’t expect much at this price point. But the app proved me wrong and I got to try out many advanced features that aren’t found in other apps of a similar price.

XNSPY has a great pricing and several advanced features, which makes it better and much easier to use.

This is a good product is unable to monitor PC's and Macs.

It requires a reliable internet connection to extract data took a lot of my time. Customer support is not that good.

Haven’t used it all that much since I bought it but when I do, it connects immediately. No lags, no problems so far.

Just works, not pricey at all. The features are plenty and again, for the price, you can’t go wrong.

Kinda difficult to install on Android phones. I'm using galaxy S21.
