What can I say besides that this is the best tool designed for anxious parents like me. I can keep tabs on my kids all the time and know where they are after school too. Insanely good!!!!

App doesn't work without internet, which is understandable. But if they came up w a solution for this that's be great.

For an app that works this well, it is a shame that you have to wait 2 days after purchase and installation to get it started. Some have reported it working in the first day but it really had me on the edge of my seat on the second.

It works. All the features are nicely displayed in the control panel and it regularly backups too so you get the most up-to-date information whenever you check in. Great from a functionality point of view.

Takes ages to make the initial backup. You might even question whether it is working altogether at times. Slow process.

They refused to let me talk to anyone else and was patronizing by telling me that 30% is a "handsome amount of money" I asked where the business was located and she replied with "cyprus" I said where is that and she said "google it". What the heck is this business and how could they possibly have any type of good review?!

Nothing about this program worked. I was refused a refund, and patronized. This business should be illegal.

I reached out on support and sent an email. They responded telling me that the target phone was updated out of the scope of their compatibility. I responded and requested a refund for the services because I would not be able to use them. I didn't get a response so I reached out via chat. Amelia Jesse was extremely rude and nasty to me. She told me I didn't respond the their initial email. I sent proof and then she was very nasty and hopped on the defense and said I was calling her a liar and that their system had issues. I paid for a YEAR of service up front and used (really nothing because it didn't work) for 11 days and they offered me a 30% refund. BEWARE BAD BUSINESS.

XNSPY is great for independent businesses who do not have many resources. Employees who aren't spending time or engaged in random activities can be readily tracked and monitored through the app. It tracks all relevant information like emails, messages, calls, and employee whereabouts, which is undoubtedly an advantage when time and resources are limited.

The app does not offer a free trial.

I am very happy with my purchase as XNSPY does everything and delivers on the functions it promises. The app is easy to set up, and installation takes just a few minutes. And the best feature is how easy it is to use, as every monitoring function is clearly labeled.

It is a reliable employee monitoring suite because it works in stealth mode and can monitor many facets quickly. My only problem with it is that sometimes it takes too long to log in to my dashboard.

Logging to the control panel can be slow.

Wasn’t sure if Xnspy would be the preferred app for company phone tracking but if the IT team isn’t complaining, I shouldn’t either. We have noticed slight device slowdowns occasionally but all in all, it works great. No complaints.

Get access to live device location, can block apps, see social media use and I’m told we can monitor certain keywords too.

$4.99 dollars per month is the cheapest plan by far. You’d be hard pressed to find an alternative that works this well.

Super cheap plans, great value for money and the amount of things it can do is stunning. Most social media apps can be tracked.

No support for Twitter (one of the reasons I bought it). Would love to see it added soon.

I am pretty satisfied with my experience so far. Went to customer service twice and got my problem solved (iPhone user, nonJailbreak). Plus it's not heavy on the pocket.

Customer service is via chat only. Would be nice to have call as well. But response time is quick so it isn’t that bad.

The app works as advertised. Which is rare in this day and age. But the key takeaway for newbie users is that it requires a steep learning curve. That, and the fact that most of the time, you'll begin to wonder if it still is working. Because it doesn't offer direct access to the device and requires back ups to complete, the wait times can be long.

The plethora of features and the control it offers are unparalleled. Everything from social media, emails, location and app blocking features come in handy. The tools it provides users are plenty and almost every one of them works without a hitch.

The app requires an achingly long 24-48 hours to backup everything from the device it is installed on. If you need a quick solution to monitor for the weekend, this isn't it.

It’s a great fix for your screen-obsessed children. Not many parents accept that their children need intervention for their poor screen habits. But introducing limits just at the right time (when kids get their first device) could help them manage their time better as teens and adults.

Too many valuable features for parental control. It has features like surround recording, call recording. And remote features like the ability to take screenshots, phone lock, data wipe, and so on.

It’s pricier for parental control. The average propensity to spend on an app is much lower. The App Store and Google Play Store apps go for like $0.99, $2.99, etc. This one is for $4.99/month.

It's recently been deployed into my company at the behest of a friend and it's been all praise for me so far. Maybe the UI could be a little less clunky on the dashboard and that they have no support for the dashboard on a mobile device.

I bought this software on 12th Feb and I am facing issue since day 1 sometimes with call recording, WhatsApp update etc. Customer service team does help you in all your queries very efficiently but you need to access the target phone for that. XNSPY came with 2 updates since 12 Feb 2021 i.e within span of 90 days I was asked to uninstall and then reinstall the software on target phone to get update, if I had such easy access to target phone why would I buy any spy software and how does it make XNSPY a spy software, I would rather rate it as another call recording software with a big loopholes, it will just give you onesided recording.

Good customer service, they are available 24/7 to solve your query which will need access to target phone.

So I had my doubts about this app but almost all of them have been sidelined for now. I say almost because ever since I installed it, it drains the battery way too fast. That’s the only issue so far.

The app has a great list of features and is low price too. It works great from what use I’ve gotten from it.

Xnspy does have a steep learning curve and may not be for every novice user. Also, it causes battery drain issues on my device.

It has been more than a year I have been using Xnspy. And it has been great. From features to the pricing plans, everything is good.

This app is so accurate! I liked the fact that it records all the data in real-time. Also, being a parent of teens, I found the web activity tracking, geofencing, and Watchlist alerts are pretty cool too. They have been a major help.

None for me. Since there is no trial version, it might come off as a con. But I combed through the site and it has all the details. There were detailed guides on using each feature which helped me a lot.

I am not someone who regularly gives out reviews, but this monitoring app, XNSPY, truly deserves appreciation. It really was my savior when I needed to go for a road trip, leaving my kids behind. I used XNSPY to monitor their location, who they are in touch with, and what they are watching on the internet while I am not physically present to keep a check on them. The app ran smoothly throughout, and I did not experience any glitch. Also, the remote microphone access feature is my favorite one. I used it often to check that my kids are studying, and not wasting time with friends.

The customer support is excellent and almost available 24/7. They explain what the issue is and why it could take the required amount of time to fix an issue.

The website makes it look like the entire process is a breeze. But it’s not. It takes a lot of your time, effort, and going back and forth with the support team to get it started. The software comes with caveats that aren’t mentioned enough on the website.

Xnspy has a range of features for monitoring a phone. It also works on iOS and Android devices. The app performs well on the device and is easy to use. The user account shows regular updates.

The app only has a web-based user account, so the user has to login in every time they want to view activity on the device.

Highly recommended and satisfactory experience....

That’s a lot of features for a cheap price and app is easy to use.

There should have been a remote camera option too.
