    It's recently been deployed into my company at the behest of a friend and it's been all praise for me so far. Maybe the UI could be a little less clunky on the dashboard and that they have no support for the dashboard on a mobile device.

    I bought this software on 12th Feb and I am facing issue since day 1 sometimes with call recording, WhatsApp update etc. Customer service team does help you in all your queries very efficiently but you need to access the target phone for that. XNSPY came with 2 updates since 12 Feb 2021 i.e within span of 90 days I was asked to uninstall and then reinstall the software on target phone to get update, if I had such easy access to target phone why would I buy any spy software and how does it make XNSPY a spy software, I would rather rate it as another call recording software with a big loopholes, it will just give you onesided recording.

    Frequent update (every 30 days) which needs access to target phone else software stops working, don't know what they update so often.

    So I had my doubts about this app but almost all of them have been sidelined for now. I say almost because ever since I installed it, it drains the battery way too fast. That’s the only issue so far.

    Xnspy does have a steep learning curve and may not be for every novice user. Also, it causes battery drain issues on my device.

    It has been more than a year I have been using Xnspy. And it has been great. From features to the pricing plans, everything is good.

    This app is so accurate! I liked the fact that it records all the data in real-time. Also, being a parent of teens, I found the web activity tracking, geofencing, and Watchlist alerts are pretty cool too. They have been a major help.

    Negative

    None for me. Since there is no trial version, it might come off as a con. But I combed through the site and it has all the details. There were detailed guides on using each feature which helped me a lot.

    An unusual but a worthy software for all parents

    I am not someone who regularly gives out reviews, but this monitoring app, XNSPY, truly deserves appreciation. It really was my savior when I needed to go for a road trip, leaving my kids behind. I used XNSPY to monitor their location, who they are in touch with, and what they are watching on the internet while I am not physically present to keep a check on them. The app ran smoothly throughout, and I did not experience any glitch. Also, the remote microphone access feature is my favorite one. I used it often to check that my kids are studying, and not wasting time with friends.

    The customer support is excellent and almost available 24/7. They explain what the issue is and why it could take the required amount of time to fix an issue.

    Negative

    The website makes it look like the entire process is a breeze. But it’s not. It takes a lot of your time, effort, and going back and forth with the support team to get it started. The software comes with caveats that aren’t mentioned enough on the website.
