i used this to combine six invoices into one document for accounting and it was painless. the merge tool worked perfectly and even kept the order i wanted. my only thought was the preview felt small on my laptop, but otherwise it saved me a ton of time.

i edited a small typo in a brochure before sending it to print. the edit feature worked but i had to fiddle with font size a bit to match the rest. not a deal breaker but room for improvement.

built a pitch deck for investors and merged several pdf exports together. everything kept its order and quality. the preview lagged for a moment but the final result was perfect.

I utilized the split feature for study material so i didn't need to carry the entire book pdf. it worked perfectly. implementing an automatic split evenly by file number would be convenient.

i signed a freelance contract using Zendoc and it was way easier than printing and scanning. everything lined up perfectly on the pdf and i was able to send it back in minutes. i’d just like a few more pen styles so it feels a bit more like my real signature.

For casual edits it’s workable, but if you have a document heavy on charts, be ready to fix a little.

Tried converting a pdf to word for editing. It handled most of the formatting, but a few tables didn’t line up perfectly. It wasn’t a deal breaker since the main text came through fine.

i used the split feature to separate chapters of a long report for my team. it worked well and naming each file made sharing easy. having a drag select for pages would make it even quicker next time.

had to rotate a set of scanned documents and Zendoc did it nicely. the only hiccup was finding the button to apply to all pages, but once i got it the job was done quickly and cleanly.

I accessed this site in order to conduct some edits that were required as well as formally sign a vendor agreement for business reasons. I am delighted to mention that everything went smoothly without any hitch. Upload did take a few seconds because I was dealing with a large document, but it was not anything serious that generated any concern.

Reordered a 20-page document for a client. Zendoc made it easy but i kept missing the grab handle because it was small. once i figured it out, it worked fine.

Reordering pages worked exactly as expected and saved instantly, which made organizing long documents much smoother and hassle-free for my workflow.

It would be helpful to have a slightly larger drag area when reordering pages.

I had to delete two empty pages from a scanned document. The functionality operated sufficiently; however, widening the preview would enable a correct verification prior to erasure.

It would greatly benefit from having a color picker for custom highlights so notes pop out more in the course of reviews or editing sessions

only thing missing was a quick before/after size display, but the result was small enough to attach.

compression was solid and reduced file size without losing quality. needed to send a 15mb catalog via email and Zendoc's compression did the trick.

I wish it showed before / after size in percentage.

Needed to add new job info to a locked pdf resume and it worked smoothly. i would love an undo button just in case i mess up, but overall it did what i needed.
