Lock meeting is basically a feature in which any member or any person cannot join the meeting even if they have joining link unless the host approve the joining request. Moderators can be assigned the role of of approving and rejecting the joining requests. It has provision to send out notification to members to join and to exit from the meeting. The host have ability to record the meeting and can share the download link with anyone for reference. If there is any privacy concern you can disable the recording feature.
