Essential Tool for Our CUCM to WebEx Calling Migration

    Updated: Aug 01 2026
    Summary

Very satisfied with the purchase. For an enterprise migrating a 10,000+ endpoint cluster from CUCM to WebEx Calling, having a single unified dashboard for all call recordings made getting buy-in from HR significantly easier.

    Positive

Deployed the recording server on Proxmox without hassle. The setup wizard made initial configuration a breeze, saving a significant amount of manual effort in CUCM.

    Negative

Third-party integration with Twilio encountered minor setup issues out of the box. While support resolved it quickly, a seamless plug-and-play experience from the start would have been ideal.
