We use it for our programmers and our support team. It works well in all these areas. I think it can be used to follow up on leads, but we didn't do it this way. It applies to all departments in our company. For several years I have been using Monday.com for various personal projects. Most important for my career is managing tickets and many different types of projects for my IT and software department.

Monday.com is absolutely great. It is very intuitive and easy to use. You can configure the project dashboard in different ways, making it extremely flexible and powerful. I have used other project management software, there is nothing comparable. There are also many options for add-ons and more options are added every month. Their operating videos and excellent online help/documentation make it easy for you to get the most out of Monday.com. Being able to set a combination of status and priority can help you stay focused, and the software's collaboration features are intuitive and powerful. This makes project completion fun and productive.

The software is prohibitively expensive. Once the free trial period ends, it's clear that the easy-to-use, powerful and flexible tools are worth the extra money.

Our companies overall experience with Monday.com has been great! Great task management, integrations with other software. Plus automation with Monday.com has made life easier.

Some pros to Monday.com would be easy access and easy management. Also the ability to track tasks to keep track of who is doing what.

The Cons with Monday.com would be their reports and dashboards could use some more features and functions.

I often solve billing with Stripe and a huge problem earlier I was customer contact and renewal and installing automation for SMS and email has been huge. I are closing much of the holes in my job process now.

I like its feature of dividing a problem into smaller parts, which is ideally a very sensible thing. And monday.com follows exactly that fundamental.

I have been using monday.com for a while and have not found anything to complain about.

It has made it easier to stick to deadlines and we rarely miss deadlines now. Also, communication amongst teams has been fabulous thanks to Monday.

1. It is a very visual software. It is very easy to visualize tasks see what tasks you and your teams are handling.
2. The boards here are really customizable and the changes that you make, materialize instantly.
3. Great support that is always readily available to assist you.
4. There are very few bugs but even the ones that are there are resolved very quickly.

We are very impressed with the Monday platform. It offers us great features to collaborate and manage projects. The file transfer is a pretty useful integration. Overall, it's an incredible tool for our business.

It builds a productive dashboard to plan and track projects. Overall, Monday is an incredible project manager to directly control from any place. It gives me a frictionless experience.

Monday.com always keeps us on track and top of the table to manage and accomplish our projects. It's ideal for big projects to succeed effortlessly. The project board tag is great to check the status and visually beautiful.

Mobile app limited sets of functions and not good in usability.

Overall I like monday.com. I am getting a great deal and I could see myself using it for long time.

I like the simple design and that they let you start for free. I began using it to start managing projects for my new business. Right now I only use it to handle simple projects and keep track of my tasks but I hope to grow a business using it.

It's great software but sometimes I wish there was a bit more flexibility. I find myself still using spread sheets for certain tasks.
