Monday.com has helped us to eliminate the use of spreadsheets and has streamlined our system for managing our projects in house from the moment we win a job to creating a schedule for billing the client. We have even been able to share a board with a client to help improve communication for some of our larger projects. Super tool, easy to use! And I feel like we have just scratched the surface of everything Monday.com can do for us!

We utilize Monday.com to manage hundreds of projects from beginning to end. The ability to code each phase of the project, add them to specific groups, and sort and find them as needed throughout the life of the project makes the entire process seamless. We also use the same groups in Monday.com for forecasting which more than pays for any associated costs of the program. We have been able to very carefully customize our projects in a way that carries them through to completion without skipping any critical steps along the way. Monday.com has completely streamlined our Project Management process!

The only thing we've come across thus far that has caused a slight hiccup is the systems inability to notify us when we have created duplicate project numbers. There may be a way to write a rule for this but I haven't found it just yet.

Addressing all of our projects with a single platform on which to work has been perhaps one of the best accomplished goals proposed by the group, and thanks to Monday.com it has been totally possible to achieve them. With Monday.com we have been able to achieve a more equitable and coordinated group work than in the past.

Monday.com has remained until today as one of the most updatable and integrable project generation services in the market, which results in an enormous dynamism when doing tasks of different difficulties, or involving different trainings of people in charge at the time of dealing with specific issues.

It is possible to integrate Monday.com with Microsoft Outlook, but it is not possible to access the information of our Outlook emails from the Monday.com panels if they have certain privacy settings, so you should check that the Outlook settings are correct, in order to get the right potential to its integration with Monday.com.

I currently use this to track projects I am bidding on. its great being able to see the metrics and total sales per category.

Monday.com was presented from its conception as a service from where you can address professional projects of any kind, but with the difference compared to other software in this category, Monday.com is more interactive and adjustable than the rest, giving the impression of being a big board that can be molded to our will.

Coordinating a team that is kept apart by distance is not easy, but with Monday.com, although this can be achieved through the implementation of tables in which it is possible to record data on the progress of projects, it is not possible to coordinate the team internally with instant group messaging tools.

We have been using the program to strengthen the way we proceed with our activities through monday.com. We have been able to be more fluid when working, it has always been adjusted in the most appropriate and simple way. I recommend it because it has had the opportunity to be a totally reasonable software for the company, it is extremely successful and very useful for all of us because it helps to collaborate in the management of projects.

The software has given a very noticeable meaning to provide the opportunity to create a very good working environment, monday.com is definitely the program I have always wanted to foster the idea of improving my planning. My tasks are geared towards an organizational process to save time.

So far there have been no confirmed negative comments that have let me down about the software.
