I’m having a great experience. I’m looking forward to studying other materials once I finish my Comptia a+ exam and networking.

I like how everything is in a singular place. I also love that the qty of questions for the practice test can be adjusted instead of doing 90 to complete a test. The only thing I with they had was an app so I can study on the go and without a WiFi signal.

The virtual labs are slow but if you are able to use a virtual machine on your own pc they are also great tools to practice.

I thoroughly enjoyed ACI learning and plan to pick them back up when it’s time to study for my next certification.

The speakers spoke to each other instead of lecturing you, it seemed. This conversational learning was captivating and made focusing on the material a lot easier.

Some content was irrelevant to the material being tested.

Overall, I was able to get my Security+ and PenTest+ within 2 months of each other. I have an M.S. in Cybersecurity so I had some background, but the online courses prepared me to pass sufficiently. I was ready to test for CySa but got sidetracked. If I were to return to working on my cybersecurity certifications, this is where I'd come first.

The well formatted video lectures and accompanying practice exams and labs are really good at delivering the material in bite-sized pieces. It is very easy to schedule a 20-minute block of time out of the day to watch a video on a topic, and progress into covering a domain for a specific certification

Some of the higher-level certifications, such as CISSP, CASP, and CISA lack labs

My experience with ACI Learning has been nothing short of excellent. The training was clear, practical, and well-organized, and the instructors—especially Robin and Jaylin—went above and beyond to make sure the material clicked. They created a supportive and engaging environment that made learning both enjoyable and effective. I appreciated how everything was broken down in a way that made even complex topics easier to grasp. Honestly, I have no complaints—just gratitude. ACI is doing meaningful work, and I’m thankful to have been a part of it.

The material was broken down in a way that actually made sense, especially for someone transitioning into the IT field. Honestly, I don’t have any real complaints. I genuinely appreciated the effort and passion that went into the program. From the instructors to the structure of the content, ACI Learning is doing solid work. If there were any flaws, they were too minor to even mention. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful to have been part of it.

I love how hands on the courses are. We learn, and then go and do. The professors are so passionate and you can get a lot of certs in 11 weeks! The career prep team is absolutely amazing.

His the nail on the head: MyACILearn was easy to search through and get exactly what I need surprisingly fast. I was doing the AZ800 course and felt that it left no stone unturned.

Real solid, i've enjoyed them over the competitor Plural sight.
The quality of the content is the best i've seen, it feels more of a "this old house" vibe where the instructors talk about experiences and share stories while teaching, vs Plural site where it feels nothing but power point and minimal production effort. I'm hoping to see these grow further and it's been a very good platform.

Solid Content and accurate content that focuses on real world applications of the I.T. Certs.
The student notes are very comprehensive and often have resources linked for more concepts listed outside of the certification you're studying to ensure you have a better idea on what to expect.
The Labs are really solid too, I'm hoping they develop those more from the basic ones they have set up to really challenge and reinforce learning.

The Labs and some of the Certifications are a bit weak on the learning side, they don't have every Cert you'd be looking for however they cover all of the Comp TIA, IS2 and a few other specialized certs like Microsoft. However, with that said it covers enough to give anyone a solid refresher or a path to expand their career options.,

No other platform can touch what this one does for knowledge and skills. If you are new to IT, this is a one stop shop to get you the knowledge you need.

I have been using this platform for around 9 years and have found it so much easier to keep the knowledge. I'm a visual learner and seeing how things are done, makes it easier to remember and also helps me pass that info into colleagues. The hands on lands, they are a game changer. You can read and watch all your want, bite bottle breasts actually skimmed the thing.

Only downside for me is not enough VMware courses or hands on labs.

I had a decent experience and learned a lot, the program was quick and worthwhile in my opinion. When I was there, the partnerships they had with employers were kind of bottom of the barrel compared to a lot of other employers with open positions, but it can't be perfect.

The courses are taught by working professionals with real world knowledge and tips, you also get to download the presentations and a lot of the study material. I still have a lot of it on my computer at home.

Some teachers are better than others so sometimes it's luck of the draw, and some of their rules during lessons are unnecessary but they don't get too in the way.

Got what I wanted, passed a few exams using this site. Wish it was updated more often. Support wasn't in the know.

The information I obtained from the site is very useful and makes the needed material easy to understand.

The material isn't updated regularly. My example is CompTIA's Pentest+ course on ITProTv. It is still, as of this review, on the 002 version of the test, which has just recently been retired. Support refused to give me a timeframe for an update.

Good for jumpstarting an IT career; be ready to commit time, money, and effort to succeed here. Outstanding!

I would recommend it for IT professionals but not for others. This because of lack of some none-IT functionalities.

It offers more than 3000 interactive labs that provide practical and real-world experience to training. In addition it gives 18000 training modules within IT and cybersecurity which is my domain of work. It has a lot of capabilities for ex. AI-powered monitoring, customizable learning paths, engaging content delivery, advanced reporting and analytic and many more.

Limited coverage of non-IT topics which could be necessary for an IT-expert as well. In addition the cost for a large organization will be huge given $599 USD per year per user.

Some lab environments may take a little longer to load on slower networks, and a few legacy course interfaces could benefit from a more modern UI. Also, offline access for certain video content would be a helpful feature for learners in low-bandwidth regions.

Sometimes the pace drops and it is not as engaging.

Value for money as long as you can stay disciplined, organized and focused. The platform has a wealth of training content that can build you from a beginner to an expert.

I have been a fan of ITPRO TV for a long while. I love the top quality training content the provide, the training platform is easy to use and navigate. I am able to track mu training progress pretty easily. Hands on labs are available and assessments to measure readiness for a cert I may be preparing for.

Well, not that I can think of. I Think Discussion forums would be a good addition where persons studying the same courses can linkup and share or build knowledge and network

Very happy with their training platform. The trainings are well developed and detailed to make sure you can gain the knowledge you are pursuing.

The training courses are very well presented and provide extensive details. The training sessions are broken down to small chunks so you can manage working through the courses with short blocks of time dedication.

I would like to see more training fields. I have used some other training services that had more subjects. However, ACI seems to focus on a core set of training and making those at a high quality.

The courses have helped me progress in my career, definitely an investment worth making and the content is exceptional
