I have learned a lot using this platform. The old ITProTV platform had a lot more features and I hope they continue to build on this platform.

The course content is really good. The labs are are great for getting hands on experience with the skills.

The old platform let you build your own courses from all the content they need to bring this back.

ACI Learning has been a useful tool in developing our courses and providing meaningful learning content for our students.

ACI Learning is a wonderful resource for students. There are a variety of courses available that are focused on skill acquisition, practice, and mastery. Furthermore the content, videos and other learning materials are high quality.

I cannot think of any cons for using this resource right now.

Overall, I am very addicted to this learning platform can see my status and keep fighting with myself for success everyday because of ACL.

You can find a lot of resources for career path and upgrade knowledge in a single area. Plus so easy to use the navigation are simple to use.

I recently completed the Customer User Support Specialist (CUSS) program through myACI Learn, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to break into the IT field, especially in customer-facing support roles.

As someone who was new to the tech industry, I appreciated how the course was designed with beginners in mind. The curriculum covered a wide range of essential topics such as troubleshooting, ticketing systems, operating systems, basic networking, and soft skills like communication and customer service — all of which are vital in a real-world support role.

The instructors were knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to student success. They took time to explain technical concepts in a clear, practical way and provided hands-on labs that allowed me to build confidence through direct application.

One of the things I appreciated most was the career support. The team offered resume feedback, mock interviews, and tips for passing certifications and applying for jobs. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping us transition into the workforce.

I now feel more prepared to pursue roles such as IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Customer Support Specialist. I also came away with a stronger understanding of where I want to grow within the IT.

The only CON I could think of was some of the videos was to long.

If you are aiming about obtaining certifications from top vendors and upskilling, good. But you are trying to master the subject, I would go somewhere else.

Have training and labs for all the popular certifications out there, even the ones that you might not be able to find in other training providers.

Cost is too much compared to TryHackMe, HackTheBox, etc... if you are in cybersecurity field. The labs need to more of CTF based than walkthrough. You cannot even get a CEU credit to extend your certificates.

It was amazing and I’m thankful I found this program sooner than later. As someone who’s tried everything I would rate this 10/10.

ACI is very efficient in their product. I would highly vouch for its reliability and how fast paced it works. I also, would love to emphasize the impact it serves all around the community.

Cons about ACI are very limited. It always serves a purpose and always finds a solution to any situation at best.

As the title to this post indicates I have spent the last 20 years of my adult life as a "GRUNT" 13Bravo in the Army. My IT knowledge was nothing more than basic at best. After going through the self paced classes and using all the learning tools I can can tell you with confidence you are never to old or to dumb to learn something new. ACI made the process easy to find my place in the IT world.

In my opinion i feel that the dialog videos and the practical exercises go hand in hand. For someone who has NO IT background or formal training , being able to watch someone explain the subject with examples, then going over to the practical exercise and doing what you just watch first hand is amazing. his alone I feel is the best part of the ACI program.

For someone who is relatively new to the online learning navigating to the correct cores can sometimes be a little difficult. However when ever I get lost or need help someone is always there in the chat box to help me out. Keep in mined the last time I stepped into a class room was in the late 90s. LOL online schools was something you only heard about in popular mechanics.

ACI Learning is excellent for practical, career-focused training in IT operations, cybersecurity, and compliance, especially if you want certification prep and hands-on labs.
