nTask is a simply complete platform to be able to manage all kinds of tasks in general, this platform is capable of supporting a large number of tasks so that you can manage various activities related to all sectors of your company, the first feature that I like about this platform is the great application for mobile phones, this application allows to add all kinds of activities, assign activities for the work group, control and monitor all the planned activities, send all kinds of Reminders and many more things, if you manage this application for devices mobile has all the necessary functions so that you can schedule a wide administration of all activities just like in the version for computers, I highly recommend it for any type of mobile device, due to the great effectiveness it has and all the available functions. I also liked that this platform allows me to have a complete record of all the activities no matter how much time has passed, this thing does not allow me to store a lot of data, I can store activities that have been developed in a company for a year, it is very important for me to have all this data stored, to be able to search for any activity carried out by any employee at any time. I also liked that the platform allows me to have a real-time monitoring of the completed activities and the pending activities, by simply accessing the main panel of this platform I can see all the pending activities, I can see all the activities that are in progress for specific work group, this is very important to have real-time monitoring.

The main negative feature of this software is that currently it does not have any kind of function to be able to attach notes to the scheduled tasks, therefore, every time you assign a new task for a specific work group or for an employee, you will have to First make sure you have Notes software integrated with that platform, so you can take notes using other software, since this platform has that built-in function. Another of the negative characteristics of this software is that although you can have a complete task management, currently it does not have any type of online Charles system, which allows employees to interact while they develop tasks, have A Chat implemented in this platform would help a lot so that a work group can develop all kinds of tasks and talk while they do it, so that they can share ideas, share solutions or share some type of information regarding the task they are developing. The last negative feature of this software is that it is not capable of detecting the activity that employees have while browsing the web, this platform is only capable of studying and monitoring and recording all the data of the activities carried out by employees on the computers that are using in your office, but it is not possible to record all the web browsing data you have during the working day.

Overall, I think nTask is a good program. It's a huge help for busy people and those that want to communicate with team members more easily.

Since we started using this platform, we realized the resounding change that we were having in the administration of each of the tasks, and in the administration of all our projects. Managing tasks on a daily basis has been a problem for us since our company was founded, as it is very complicated to manage so many tasks and activities that all the employees who are scattered in the various sectors of the company possess. Our company is divided into more than 10 work areas where we have fully active employees who are fulfilling their activities, and nTask has played a very important role in managing those activities. What I like the most about nTask is that it allows me to monitor in real time all the tasks that are being carried out at a specific time, for example, I can enter the platform at 5 in the afternoon and know exactly which employees are performing their work, which employees are inactive or which employees have not attended their work days, the software automatically detects the activity of each user and registers it within the platform to be able to monitor it more closely. Another thing that I like is that nTask has also worked as a platform for us to configure and manage work projects, it has a section where everyone can interact, share ideas and solutions regarding ongoing projects, in addition, it also provides a percentage monitoring of each project, you can know exactly what percentage of completion the employees have had in a project, and you can know which project is about to be completed. I love how this platform can monitor the working time of each day, it can know exactly how many hours each employee has worked and how much their corresponding payroll will be, it is impressive.

When we started using this platform, we accessed the free trial to be able to test the platform and adapt to the functionalities that it offered us, however, the free trial that this platform offered us was quite limited, it only allowed a storage of 100 MB , also only allowed to add five members for each work area, and only five tasks could be managed simultaneously. The free trial left a lot to be desired, during this period we were not able to make full use of the platform and we were unable to correctly switch to its functionalities, after seeing that the free trial was quite limited, we preferred to opt for one of the nTask paid plans. We really regret having opted for that payment plan, as this platform has had a resounding benefit within our company and has allowed projects and tasks to be more streamlined and processed much faster, however on the platform to improve this free trial, so that new users can adapt to it and understand how each of its sections works.

I have a great experience using this app as a first timer. I have a great insight that this app will be a huge hit in the future.

Our overall experience with this platform has been great throughout this time, we have been using it across all of our business sectors, but mainly we have been using it within another project sector, with the main objective of managing the number of projects within the company and manage that all the activities are fulfilled to have a success in the projects. Each project has specific activities and specific participants, and from this platform I am able to manage all those projects, as well as manage the activities and monitor the success of each one of them, I was with that attitude if an activity has already happened its time limit, I can also know if it is an activity that has already been completed at the specific time. When you assign an activity to your work team, you can check its status, you can know if it has already completed an activity, the progress they have or if they have not yet completed it.

3.- You can create monitoring lists within this platform, these lists will help you receive a corresponding notice when the activities of a listing have been successfully completed, you will also receive immediate alerts from your mobile device or email when you are ready to be completed and the time specified within the planning has elapsed, this list is undoubtedly one of the best things, since you can know if the planning of various activities has been completed in the stipulated time.

4.- The mobile phone application also works wonderfully, as a project manager, my main objective is that all employees can comply with the planned activities to complete the projects, so this platform has been key to being able to monitor all those employees from my mobile phone.

I have never presented any type of failure with this application, I have been using it in its web version, its version for computers and in the version for mobile phones, and at all times I have had a fairly complete experience which has helped me manage everything type of tasks, carry out a corresponding planning for specific dates and specific times, as well as it has helped me to have a correct administration of the activities with a much broader visualization, I can choose the mechanism of visualization of the activities, and know in a way much broader the number of activities scheduled for a specific period. I was told that if I read their FAQ, I would have known that they were going to automatically withdraw the funds without consent. They have refused to issue a refund on that basis. If they are willing to steal from a non-profit caring for our Veterans, I would think twice if I were you.

I have nothing nice to say about this company. This has been a terrible and costly experience for our organization.

I run a non-profit providing food and shelter to Veterans in need. We are a 100% volunteer run organization/business. We were looking for a program to make it easier for our volunteers to communicate with each other. After three months we finally stopped using NTask. It was not as customizable as it was sold to us. Whenever it glitched they said that they were still developing the platform. After a couple of very poor attempts from their "support team" to make this platform fit our needs nothing had changed, and our volunteers quit using it. To make things worse they automatically withdrew another seven hundred dollars (700.00) from our bank account to renew a subscription which we didn't ask for or want.

As an individual who really want to have a productive days, this app make sure that we can complete all schedules on time. It is so great that I found this. Thank you.

It requires time for a person who's not familiar with these kind of platforms to explore and learn all the features. You cannot have all the features as it offers different plans/packages and storage you can purchase.
