    Summary

    Overall this program works extremely well for small firms and I am very happy with it. The program runs extremely well except for the minor issues with large files as noted above, but even with those issues it works great - it can just be slow at times. It is extremely user friendly as well and was not hard to learn how to use at all.

    Whenever we have an issue I get an immediate response back and solution to fix the problem. The support service is excellent.

    Negative

    When a file gets too large it takes a very long time to load and save dockets. We have started to close very large files and open up new ones which is a bit of a pain. Also, there is only room for 5 lawyers and when we had one lawyer leave we had to open up some new files because we could not replace the old lawyer with the new lawyer
