What is EPICS?

The Enterprise Platform for Integrated Contracting Systems (EPICS) is crafted to manage complex business data for organizations of all types. With its highly flexible and secure features, EPICS offers all-encompassing financial and contractual solutions that transcend traditional boundaries. This web-based tool, designed for enterprise-wide application, is poised to greatly enhance the contract management workflow. EPICS includes a variety of tools aimed at streamlining the management of different business operations and enterprise data. It effectively caters to both public sector and private sector clients. Developed using the Microsoft .NET framework along with C# and ASP.NET programming languages, EPICS utilizes Microsoft SQL Server as its backend database. The entirety of the code can be deployed on a web server, which accesses the backend database through web services or network sharing. This architectural design accommodates the possibility of having the code and databases hosted on either the same server or on different servers, as long as there is a stable connection established between them. As a result, EPICS emerges as a versatile solution that can be tailored to meet the diverse requirements and structures of various organizations, ensuring that users can optimize their contract management process effectively.

What is AxioPlan?

AxioPlan is a specialized project estimation tool created for delivery managers and agency project managers seeking quick answers to scope-related questions during client interactions. Rather than entering hours by hand, users assign each task a t-shirt size and a risk level. AxioPlan derives three-point PERT estimates from those inputs, calculates risk-adjusted totals using the Root Sum of Squares method, and generates P50, P85 and P95 delivery dates along with a cost breakdown organized by epic and role, removing the need to build or maintain estimation formulas. The platform's timeline functions in real time; any modification, such as removing an epic, changing team size or shifting a milestone, leads to instant recalculation of delivery dates and associated costs. Users can share a read-only link at any point before or during the call, allowing clients to access the live Gantt chart, the P85 delivery date and the continuously updated cost breakdown. This negates the need for tedious PDF recreations or follow-up emails, fostering a quick resolution during the call. AxioPlan also fits into the wider delivery stack. Existing Excel or CSV estimates can be imported and immediately become live, recalculating plans. Through its Claude connector, entire plans can be drafted or restructured in conversation, with each suggested change arriving as a reviewable diff that applies only once approved. When a bid is signed, epics, tasks, dates and statuses export straight into Jira Cloud. For quarterly and program-increment planning, a free PI planning board maps teams, iterations, features and cross-team dependencies, with live warnings for backwards dependencies and over-capacity teams. Tailored for digital agencies and software consultancies involved in fixed-price contracts, AxioPlan provides flat monthly pricing that allows for an unlimited number of team members.
