What is Gun StoreMaster?

Firearms retailers, gunsmiths, and manufacturers — from a single storefront to a chain with hundreds of locations — rely on Gun StoreMaster for ATF compliance. Staff pick it up in minutes; it holds up through a three-day ATF inspection. Acquisitions and dispositions, including destroyed, lost, and stolen firearms, are logged in a searchable bound book with automatic backup. fast4473™ walks customers through required fields on a counter-facing device before it reaches your desk. fast3310™ handles multi-sale reporting from Standard up. Multiple locations connect via a dedicated Multi-Store setup that spans separate accounts. Licensed Type-07 manufacturers get a manufacturing workflow bundled into Pro at no additional charge, plus modules for gunsmithing, transfers, and consignment sales. An independent SOC 2 Type 2 audit reviews the platform yearly; Pro accounts include individual staff logins with a full audit trail. Monthly plans are listed publicly from $10, with a free first 30 days.

What is FFL Command Center?

The FFL Command Center is a specialized desktop application tailored for firearms dealers across the United States, offering an electronic acquisition and disposition (A&D) bound book that adheres to 27 CFR Part 478 regulations, while also streamlining digital workflows for Form 4473. This software incorporates a buyer kiosk that supports both English and Spanish languages, enabling the generation of bound-book dispositions that are automatically linked to completed 4473 forms. It provides a seamless connection for conducting background checks through the FBI NICS E-Check or state-specific portals, allowing dealers to efficiently submit checks and log their outcomes, including the NTN. Furthermore, the application features split-payment point-of-sale (POS) transaction capabilities, layaway options, transfer fees management, inventory oversight, barcode labeling, and a dealer website that displays real-time inventory and processes transfer requests. Additionally, it allows the importation of records from systems such as FFL Boss and assists in preparing NFA eForms packets, enhancing the overall utility for dealers. Importantly, core functionalities like the bound book, 4473, inventory management, and POS features can operate offline, storing data directly on the dealer's Windows 10 or 11 PC for convenience. For those seeking a more streamlined experience, a specialized Bound Book Edition is also available, providing essential records and 4473 tools without access to the complete retail suite. The full software can be acquired either through a monthly subscription or a one-time, lifetime license purchase, offering flexibility to accommodate various business models. Overall, this robust system is designed to optimize the recordkeeping process and improve operational efficiency for firearms dealers, ultimately contributing to smoother transactions and enhanced compliance.
