Manage walk-ins and advance bookings together with Jonot. Customers enter a virtual queue from a self-service kiosk, QR code or web link and see their place and estimated wait on a phone. Businesses use their existing devices for the staff desk and public lobby displays.
Pro includes appointment scheduling and a reservation calendar. Customers select a service and available time without creating an account. Email verification, booking confirmations, reminders and an Add to calendar file help them prepare for their visit. A private link provides booking details and cancellation or rescheduling within the allowed windows.
Staff configure service lengths, separate preparation and cleanup buffers, opening hours, breaks and capacity.
