With ZERO CLICKS, you can effortlessly generate proposals, quotes, and contracts by simply dragging the opportunity card from your CRM into Sales Documents—it's that simple! This functionality is compatible with well-known CRMs such as Close.com, Hubspot, and Pipedrive. DocSales enhances your document management by allowing you to: (1) Use Google Docs as a customizable template editor for complete personalization; (2) Automatically generate a new document using the Google Docs template alongside the CRM opportunity; (3) Secure the document and send it to your client for electronic signature through either DocSales eSign or Docusign; (4) Monitor when the document has been opened by the recipient; (5) Easily move the opportunity card to a different column or phase, or mark it as won; (6) Seamlessly connect with billing systems or payment processors to streamline your workflow.
