What is OpenText Contract Center?

OpenTextâ„¢ Contract Center dramatically reduces the time taken for contract cycles and improves overall operational effectiveness. This innovative platform transforms the management of contracts by moving away from disjointed document practices towards integrated and intelligent workflows. It streamlines the entire contract lifecycle, which includes stages such as creation, negotiation, approval, management, and renewal, all through automation. The system promotes smooth collaboration by allowing both internal teams and external partners to access all contracts easily. Moreover, it enhances the contract creation process, manages document workflows efficiently, and strengthens compliance via advanced automation methods. Users benefit from the ability to generate extensive reports that pull together data from multiple sources, such as ERP and CRM systems, providing critical insights that can benefit the whole organization. In addition, the platform can automatically create contracts filled with pertinent terms customized for different business situations, while also permitting changes through pre-approved clauses stored in a clause library. This comprehensive strategy not only streamlines contract management but also significantly improves decision-making and strategic planning across the enterprise, ultimately leading to more effective business operations. Furthermore, the emphasis on collaboration and data integration ensures that all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned throughout the contract lifecycle.

What is Expiro?

A contract that renews without anyone deciding to renew it is a bill nobody approved. Expiro is renewal tracking for agencies, freelancers and small teams. It watches the notice deadline rather than just the end date, because those are two different days and only one of them can still be acted on. A contract ending in 28 days with a 30 day notice period renewed itself two days ago. Alerts arrive 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before that deadline, by email or in the tool your team already has open: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, Google Chat, Mattermost, Pushover, ntfy or your own webhook. SMS is on the paid plans. Each alert names the contract, the client and the date. From there a renewal moves through a short pipeline, with notes and comments on a shared timeline, so whoever picks it up can see what was already said to that client. Contracts import from the spreadsheet you keep today, and custom fields and templates keep the ones you add after that consistent. Calendar feed, CSV and JSON export, a REST API, two-factor authentication, an audit log and team roles. Three plans from $19 a month. 90 day free trial, no credit card, and setup takes about ten minutes.
