What is P30?

Your team is already utilizing AI, but they are doing so in a fragmented manner. Each individual engages in separate chat sessions, resulting in overlapping questions and a lack of transparency regarding each other's findings; when a team member leaves, all their AI interactions disappear along with their account. P30 transforms this scenario by bringing your entire team together in a unified AI workspace where prompts, replies, and projects are inherently accessible to everyone—ensuring they are visible, reusable, and retained by the organization. This collaborative approach creates a persistent organizational memory, enabling P30 to deepen its comprehension of your business continuously instead of restarting with every new session. Moreover, it includes preconfigured engines tailored for specific functions, such as an AI Chief of Staff that gathers team updates, tracks KPIs, and produces executive summaries, alongside tools designed for project management and social engagement. Teams can work together seamlessly across various AI platforms, including Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Grok, facilitating side-by-side answer evaluations while keeping everything under one financial plan. With robust end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls, your data remains protected and is never utilized for training purposes. This arrangement not only optimizes workflows but also cultivates a collaborative atmosphere that can significantly enhance innovation and operational efficiency, ultimately benefiting the entire organization.

What is Microsoft Autopilot?

Microsoft Autopilot is a long-running AI agent in Microsoft Copilot built to handle persistent, recurring, and proactive work across an organization. The product was previously called Scout and is positioned by Microsoft as a digital teammate that can continue operating without waiting for a prompt at every stage. Users can assign Autopilot a name, role, goal, and operating boundaries, after which it can monitor activity, follow up on threads, run recurring work, and resume projects over extended periods. One example provided by Microsoft is a supplier review process in which Autopilot can create the schedule and workback plan, prepare for meetings, manage follow-ups, and contact stakeholders for updates. Autopilot is cloud-hosted, so its work can continue while users are offline or focused elsewhere. Each Autopilot instance lives within the organization’s tenant and has its own identity, memory, computer, and workspace. It is built on Microsoft IQ, which connects enterprise knowledge, data, and workflows to provide context for the agent’s actions. Autopilot can surface across Microsoft 365 experiences including Teams, Outlook, chats, channels, and documents, where users can interact with it similarly to a colleague. The service is governed through organizational permissions, audit controls, and policy boundaries so companies can define what the agent is allowed to access and execute. Microsoft positions Autopilot alongside Cowork and Code as one of Copilot’s long-running agentic capabilities, with usage-based billing applied to this type of work. As announced on September 25, 2026, Autopilot was expanding to private preview at the end of September.
