Employees with a subscription and login privileges can create a Work Order, with the flexibility to establish a custom PRE-Fix for their requests. They can specify the necessary parts and materials required for task execution, and the system will alert the relevant Employee via email about the new Work Order. Moreover, if any issues emerge during an Inspection, the Manager can directly generate a new Work Order based on the inspection results, thus enhancing the efficiency of the resolution process. Overall, this system promotes effective communication and organized management for all employee-related activities and incidents, ultimately contributing to a more streamlined workflow.
