Valet is included: customers request their car from the QR page, one attendant claims each job, the spot is noted on the record, and the valet fee is a separate line at exit. A team radio is built in: attendants talk to each other with push-to-talk inside the app - hold the button, speak, let go, and it plays out loud on the other phones, so there are no handsets to buy, charge or lose. It follows the shift, so a phone that is not on shift does not listen, and if receiving is off then sending is off too. Nothing is recorded: clips are never stored on the server, the receiving phone writes no file and there is no history - only the last clip stays on the device so it can be replayed once.
