Truxello vs. Routeon

Truxello is a sophisticated cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) specifically designed for owner-operators and small to medium-sized trucking firms across the United States. It provides a streamlined solution for fleet management through a unified platform that integrates loads, drivers, trucks, paperwork, billing, and compliance tasks. With the ability to effortlessly upload a rate confirmation PDF, users benefit from an AI that automatically retrieves vital details like broker information, stops, times, commodities, weights, rates, and pertinent notes. Additionally, Truxello facilitates the import of data from Truckstop or the use of templates for commonly traveled routes, ensuring a fluid user experience. Users can manage their operations through list, card, or calendar views, allowing for the addition of multiple stops and the inclusion of detention times. The dispatch board is designed to assist with driver assignments, avert double-booking, and share live GPS tracking links with brokers seamlessly. Furthermore, the complimentary Driver app, available on both iOS and Android, supports multiple languages, including English and Spanish, and comes equipped with features such as status updates, photos of bills of lading and fuel receipts, chat functionality, and pay statements. Truxello enhances the invoicing process by integrating rate confirmations and proof of delivery documents directly through Gmail or Outlook, while also synchronizing with QuickBooks for factoring, settlements, IFTA reporting, fuel card management (including EFS/WEX/Comdata), expense tracking, fleet oversight, and compliance alerts. The platform offers various integration options with services like Truckstop, Samsara, Motive, Geotab, QuickBooks, Gmail, and Outlook. Uniquely focused on carriers rather than brokers, Truxello provides a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card, enabling prospective users to explore its features without any financial commitment. This all-encompassing approach empowers trucking companies to optimize their operations, increase efficiency, and ultimately drive better business outcomes. With such comprehensive tools at their disposal, companies can significantly enhance their operational workflow.
