What is XDS?

XDS equips your operations team with the tools needed to manage calls, dispatch vehicles, oversee fleet activities, access trip histories and statistics, create detailed reports, and monitor clients, all with a simple click. By utilizing permission-based access to system functionalities, you can exercise strict control over your operations consistently. At the same time, the XDM software allows drivers to receive job information directly on their pagers or wireless email devices, ensuring that fare details are communicated seamlessly from dispatchers to drivers without the possibility of other drivers eavesdropping via voice radio, thus avoiding job scooping. Moreover, the XDM software can be customized to include specific details within the messages sent to drivers, as long as the character limits set by each carrier are respected, promoting effective and secure communication. This degree of customization not only boosts operational efficiency but also minimizes the chances of miscommunication, ultimately leading to a smoother workflow and improved service delivery.

What is Who's Responding?

Members are able to receive immediate alerts through a variety of channels such as Push Notifications, Text Messages, Emails, and Automated Phone Calls. They can choose to indicate their unavailability in real-time or by submitting a specific schedule of dates when they will not be reachable. Even when the app is closed, users’ smartphones will seamlessly stream live radio content, operating much like a traditional pager. Who's Responding takes pager functionality to the next level by enabling members to communicate their responses via the app or a toll-free phone line. The Push-To-Talk feature allows users to participate in live voice interactions, effectively turning their devices into two-way radios, with recordings of each conversation available for later access. Additionally, the integrated mapping feature offers turn-by-turn navigation to selected destinations, accompanied by voice instructions akin to a car's GPS system. This extensive range of features guarantees that members remain connected and well-informed, no matter their situation, while fostering greater engagement within the community. Ultimately, this robust platform enhances the overall communication experience for all users involved.
