What is Zero Keyboard?

The Zero Keyboard platform, along with its mobile applications for Salesforce, allows for effortless monitoring of sales activities and inputting of CRM data. With our scanner application, users can capture contact and company details simply by photographing a business card. This information is then automatically mapped to Salesforce Contacts and Leads. Remarkably, the app can operate offline, meaning you can still use it without any internet connection. Before you send the data, you have the opportunity to review the extracted business card details and input any mandatory or custom fields that may have been omitted. Additionally, you can include personal notes either by typing them out or utilizing the Speech-to-Text feature for convenience. The data can then be securely transmitted through our seamless Salesforce integration. If you happen to be offline, there’s no cause for concern; the app will store the data and automatically upload it the next time you have internet access. This ensures that your sales information remains up-to-date and easily accessible at all times.
