What is ccminer?

Ccminer is an open-source project driven by the community, specifically tailored for NVIDIA GPUs that support CUDA. This initiative is compatible with both Linux and Windows operating systems, making it a flexible option for miners. Its primary goal is to provide dependable tools for cryptocurrency mining that users can rely on without hesitation. To enhance security, we make sure that all open-source binaries available are compiled and signed by our dedicated team. Although many projects in this space are open-source, some may require a degree of technical knowledge to compile successfully. In addition, we encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among users to improve the overall experience. Ultimately, this initiative seeks to build trust and promote accessibility within the cryptocurrency mining landscape.

What is PhoenixMiner?

Improving mining efficiency for Ethereum can be achieved by 3-5% through a markedly different miner code that minimizes invalid and outdated shares, operates GPUs under higher loads, and incorporates optimized OpenCL code along with assembler kernels. This mining software is designed to work with both AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards, even in mixed rig configurations, and it operates smoothly on both Windows x64 and Linux x64 systems. A built-in watchdog timer ensures that GPUs are consistently monitored, automatically restarting the miner if any GPU fails to respond. It also accommodates memory straps for both card types, which can be activated using the -straps command-line option. To begin the mining process, simply double-click your Bat file; this action will start the miner, run the setx commands to set up the required environment variables, initialize each GPU, create a DAG file for every unit, and start hashing. After allowing the miner to run for approximately 20 seconds, you can press “s” to check the current hashing speed. Once the miner is fully operational, you can sit back and watch as your graphics cards work to generate a steady stream of passive income in Ethereum, transforming your investment into a profitable endeavor. It’s important to frequently check performance and make any necessary adjustments to settings for the best possible results, ensuring that your mining operation remains efficient and productive. Additionally, consider keeping up with updates to the mining software to leverage improvements and enhancements as they become available.
